Tamalpais Property Management was founded in 1996 with the intent to become a provider of top-class service in Marin property management and leasing. Our innovative business model integrates the customer service and management disciplines of the institutional property management industry at the local level.
Tamalpais Property Management will manage your investment property and handle all aspects as needed. We will treat your property as if it was our own. Our management services include: Rent Collection, Monthly Cash Flow Reports, Accounting, Lease Renewals and Supervising Maintenance. Our monthly management fee is 6%-7% of monthly gross income with a minimum management fee of: single family homes: $300, condominiums / townhouses $200, multi-unit properties (one to three units) $175 per unit, multi-unit properties (4 or more units) $150 per unit.

Lee and his team do a great job of balancing costs with maintaining property value and ROI, and responding to landlord/tenant needs. Excellent management company: effective marketing and pricing; fast and efficient text/online/phone communication; and the use of solid subcontractors. High integrity.

I own multiple rental properties in the Bay area and recently used TPM for my first property in Marin county. In a word their performance was EXCELLENT. They were very knowledgeable about the market, priced the property appropriately and once a prospective tenant was identified they closed the tenancy thoroughly and expeditiously. I will use them for all future listings in their market.

Lee and his property management team is ready to take care of things and so responsive to requests. There is no messing around with these people. They are incredibly professional yet personable at the same time. P.S. It doesn't hurt that they have the cutest sweetest dog in the whole world at their office.

Lee is an amazing property manager. Quick, efficient, very detailed - you could not ask for more. He is easy to get ahold of and is even willing to personal assist with problems after hours. If he can't fix the problem himself; he will have someone there the next day.
