One of the worst associations I've dealt with. We've had issues with the same pool key, 3 times in one year. Somehow it keeps getting deactivated and getting it fixed over and over doesn't solve the problem. Getting ahold of anyone to fix it is non existent on the phone, either they disconnect the phone line, or never call you back after leaving voicemails. Going down there isn't a solution either since that still doesn't fix the issue. Almost a week later and still no solution. But! They'll be sure to let you know a small patch of grass is brown at their fastest convenience lol

One of the worst HOA management companies in Henderson they are all over the homeowners for repairs and demand it to be taken care of by the time the company wants it or they will fine you fast. But when it comes to there end they take their sweet time and still nothing gets done. Gates hardly ever work rift raft walking in and around the property that's gated.

Landscape is always in shambles water from dead plants or no plants running constantly the water district should do something about it since the HOA will not. This Company taylor management should close it's door's and never get a business license again.

The hoa board and everyone on it are horrible. They are taking away my freedom of speech. They are forcing me to remove a sticker that is on my truck. I looked up all the laws and explained to them that cc&r can not supercede federal laws. And freedom of speech is part of the federal constitution. Michelle is the president of the central park board and she runs it like it's her own little playground.

She does not like it when you confront her about violations and will just kick you out of a hearing when ever she wants and won't listen to you when your telling the truth. Her feelings get hurt very easy.

I have lived in my community for 7 years, they keep changing management. I have complained several times for the neighbors rental home for their maintenance and now they have a car business where they have cars parked on the whole street. When I called their answer was that this was a special situation and they will look into it. But they certainly will send letters when something is bugging them.

Katy was amazing to deal with. She did not rush our conversation even though I called 5 mins before closing! She took the time to patiently explain everything to me and what's more, she emailed me the documents I requested immediately. It is so rare, these days, to be able to count on people doing what they say they will do. When I thanked her for her quick response, she even offered more information to help with my account. I loved dealing with Katy. She's not lazy, she's proactive. I can tell she takes her job seriously and goes above and beyond to help her customers.

I wish I didn't have to leave a star, they need to open our pool already. It has been too many years already and we aren't in a pandemic anymore. Last year, the excuse was that the floor surrounding the pool need to be surfaced, they fixed that already, so what's the excuse now? It's absolutely ridiculous!

This HOA has made it an unpleasant experience living in my neighborhood. They are basically forcing everyone to switch to artificial grass. They continue to fine you until you make the switch. I was keeping communications while scheduled for the lawn change and they continued to fine. I owe hundreds of dollars in fines even though I was communicating throughout the process.

They are quick to fine while our common areas continue to not meet their own standards. I know of a few families moving due to this company. Very sad that people have to deal with this after purchasing 700k plus homes. Giving 1 star only because it doesn't allow zero.

Horrible HOA, dishonest, difficult to get a reply. They will send letters about trash cans being out by a few hours, but the trash that people dump along the wall will sit for weeks until residents like myself get sick of it, and end up getting it and disposing of it. The website is extremely difficult to sign on to pay. Always a sever error. It could be days even weeks If get lucky but not before I get dinged late charges and $150 fine with intent to steal my home.

People pay for upkeep on the neighborhood with little care actually taken. They condescendingly gossip about peoples misfortune. I was accidentally included in their email thread when someone vandalized my property and they were writing to each other as if it was somehow my fault and I was some trashy resident. I think it's time to look into a class action law suit against these crooks.

They keep the community area clean, but club house area and pool looks very old and we haven't had access to the club house for two years or pool area, and they just raised our HOA fee. That's the reason for the three stars.

This is so bad experience deal with foothill homeowner association management by Taylor Association. worker and Manager Mimi are impolite. I send request for community decal after one month I call back asking what is happened. worker said said " It was send out already.if you want it send request again ". I did it again after 20day I call back. Worker said check email no any record it. Asking me resend application again so ridiculous. I send request driveway paint form last year oct. I asking worker why.worker said resend application again. I am so Mad!

MR. JASON P. HOORN, OWNER OF THE TAYLOR HOA, THIS IS FOR YOU.The level of response to the homeowners is alarming. Take months to respond for any simple issue. In major situations we are on our own. The worse management in town. They are only concern to collect the money from the owners. Zero respect, they have a blacklist of homeowners as soon as you get in that list, YOU will never are going to get anything from them.

We as a owners need to find out the way to change this HOA. living from us and our monthly payments and we look like we are doing them a favor. We must change this association asap.

The Staff, except for the receptionist, is unprofessional. They never return calls or voice messages. Very bad experience being part of Pacific Legends Green Valley, especially with Miss Megan, assistant manager, who never sent us a written response to our request, kept us waiting for over a month and was unprofessional with her responses. Very glad of having sold our condo in that Community!

I am writing this review about Taylor Management because for a couple of months now I have tried to work with Tina regarding a parking violation at Lake Las Vegas. I am giving her 1 star because she has failed time and time again to resolve this problem. Now to be fair to Taylor Management this review would be 5 stars if Joseph Ventura was handling the problem at hand. Joseph has never failed when called upon for help with an association problem.

However Tina has had months to resolve one simple problem but just does nothing. I am hoping that the powers to be will read this and give this problem to Joseph. So just so everyone is clear, 5 stars if Joseph is handling things and 1 star if Tina is involved. Thanks to her this has turned into a joke. Thank you Charles

Was asking for clarifications of common area and I got cherry picked response. The community manager didn't do proper research on this matter or did not have a full understanding of the situation. I have sought opinions of others and it differs greatly with the response I got from the management company. They have no respect to a homeowners property but considers almost everything outside of my walls as common property, even if I'm paying property taxes on it.

My daughter's condo in "Avalon at seven hills" in Henderson Nevada was completely flooded by a major leak in the condo above hers. All her furniture, personals belongs were damaged beyond repair. and the entire condo had to be gutted due to major water damage to all the walls and floors. This happened close to 2 months ago and the condo repair has not yet begun.

Meanwhile my daughters is living in a rental apartment with no clue when can she plan to move back into her home. The Community manager responsible is Mrs. Mimi Marois who has been totally unresponsive answering phone calls and is delaying all efforts to start the repairs of my daughters condo. She blames others, but when we speak to the other individuals she blames (insurance company, the Adjuster, the repair company and so on) they all point to Mrs. Mimi Marois as the bottle neck. Please help!

My company has been contracted by TAM and working with Tina & Steve Gianini has been a pleasure. Quoting jobs, billing, etc. has been very easy. They have been the most responsive HOA company I've dealt with. I wish TAM was responsible for my HOA.

I been living in Las Vegas for about 20 years now. I owned 3 houses prior to this one that's managed by Taylor Association management. If I could give more stars to this management, I would anytime. I been dealing with Tina Gianini for the past couple of years for all the upgrades and remodeling that I did for my house. She's been very responsive and reliable, anytime or any concerns I had regards to my HOA needs. I wanted to thank you Tina for the amazing job you have done for all my HOA needs. I just called them about our broken jacuzzi for over a month! I was then put on hold for 10 minutes to be transferred to a voicemail. I called again and was transferred to some sassy little girl. She informed me she was sick for a week. What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? NOTHING. I don't care about your sickness. the jacuzzi has been broken for a month.

Fix this. Absolutely terrible customer service. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Oh and they said I need to call back later because sick girl doesn't know the time it'll take to fix the jacuzzi. Who manage this company that everyone is so incompetent. Got someone sick? Have someone else help. Simple right? Update: they are still incompetent. Only this time it was a different incompetent employee. The pool is STILL closed after 7 months.
