We have moved around the country a lot and must say that Texas Income Property has been the best property managers we have ever had! They have been professional and easy to work with from the start. Their communication is excellent! If we ever had a maintenance request it was attended to quickly, and we would even receive a follow up from the staff shortly after to make sure we were satisfied with the service. It has been very refreshing to have such a positive experience with property managers and would highly recommend working with them!

I've been renting apartments/houses for many years and I can honestly say I've never felt compelled to write a review. However, it's been so great renting from Texas Income Property, they are worth the 5 stars. Steve made my move in process so easy (especially with all the craziness from COVID) and over the past months of living here, he's been extremely response to any issues that have arose and everything has been resolved quickly and professionally. I'm really happy I found this property management company.

Working with Texas Income Property has been such a smooth and wonderful process! Steve had my house rented before it was even listed, and has been managing the property for the last three years. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and all-around great people. When the first renters needed to break the lease, he helped to get the house ready for the next tenants, and it was again rented before it was listed! The property managers have helped us time and time again. We have never had anything go wrong in our rental, that did not get resolved within 48 hours. We had a fence get blown over and the team had a repair man the same day we reported it. We had a water leak on the roof and a repair man was fixing it the same day. The responsiveness of the team is incredibly fast.

We have never waited more than 15 minutes to get a response via text or call. I have moved across the U.S around 7 times now and I always rent. This is by far the best management team I have had the pleasure to meet.

In this crazy Austin real estate market, They knew exactly what to do to make our application competitive and to make the process easy for us. I rented from Texas Income Property for the last few years. Steve and his team have always been excellent. Any issue that needed to be taken care of was addressed immediately, the rent was very fair and the two properties I rented over that time were outstanding. I worked with Texas Income Property for severals years. As an out of state landlord I relied on them for everything. Their professionalism is unsurpassed. My tenants needs were always handled quickly and my interests were protected. The properties were in better shape and generating more income than ever when we sold last year. I reinvested in another state and am learning just how good TIP is.

I'm struggling to find a property manager that can do half they job they did for me. TIP set the bar high. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Steve was an amazing realtor. He helped me as I navigated my first home purchase and was very knowledgeable on the different areas/neighborhoods in Austin and on resell vs new build considerations. He always made the time to go to appointments with me, He timely answered my questions throughout the whole process, and was my advocate from the beginning negotiations to the very end in closing.

He even gave me great contractor recs after I moved in and a sweet welcome gift. Sam really goes above and beyond and made my first home purchase a great experience! I highly recommend him to anyone- him professionalism and performance experience is unparalleled.

I live in close proximity of a property this company "manages, " and I use that term loosely. In the handful of months I've lived near this property, I've seen hundreds of drug deals go down, squatters taking up residence in the carport, sketchy characters coming & going at all hours of the day & night, and been woken up by so many parties & loud music that it has made me physically ill.

Do not use this company to manage your property. There is absolutely no oversight or accountability for the tenants or their behavior, and a complete disregard for the safety and well being of the neighboring residents, bordering on negligence.

I moved in this place in october 2017 been having problems since day one place wasnt ready wasnt clean since as of today has told maintence George Ramirez about the water busted pipes even had city of roundrock come out and stated they seen the water ongoing they were mointoring the water and they are threatening to giving Texas Income Property a fine for this my house is full of water from the busted pipes and water in the batbtub will not stop running water has gotten all in my walls and the place is mildew water is everywhere and we living like this i stop paying rent and told Rosa Jaimes about this situation on 02/12/2018 nothing still has not been done Rosa Jaimes email me 03/2018 to ask me about my tenant next door but never once said anything about this water problem i wake up in the middle of the night cause water is so thick in my house from my dining room to my living room now going in my bedroom from the walls these are the worse people to rent from they never fix anything i have pictures of this situation water is now creeping into my kitchen coming from under the floors everywhere and they will not respond to this problem been here 5 months and this water has been an ongoing problem for 3 months we been dealing with this sweeping out water and moping water in buckets i intend to take this further i have pictures and videos of this situation never rent from this company you will be sorry as of today we had to have the water turnt off from all the problems of water coming in the house until we get tbis resolve we have no water and they can car last they not trying to fix the problem they dont care about their tenants! Please never rent from this company you will regret it! Hate i sign a lease with them

This place is a nightmare. Stay as far away as you possibly can.

We were transferred to this rental agency during our lease, we had to use them for about 4 months. It is the shadiest little building, and no one is ever there. They never responded to our work orders or needs. It was the most bizarre rental experience. Thank God we didn't have to use them for long.

Impressive real estate property management company. I have them manage my small portfolio of small apartment buildings and duplexes in Austin - which also includes the surrounding areas north of town. The best thing about this company is the friendly service and I like that the owner is really familiar with the market, stays on top of current market rents, etc. I recommend this company without reservation. I am very pleased with the service and plan to use them for years to come.

I have been working with Steve and Alyssa for about a month now. They are responsive and friendly. Even after lease signing, they continue to make themselves available and respond to issues quickly. It is refreshing to work with property managers that use communication to effect smooth transaction between investor and renter.
