I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for being exceptionally nice at this apt complex. I would also like to say that the cleaning lady Bonnie Cox is the absolute best. Our bldg is always kept nice and clean and she also keeps it smelling nice as well. She is a very nice person and will help with any issues as far as cleanliness goes.
I've even noticed her picking up trash on the outside of the building as well. Thanks for taking good care us Bonnie we appreciate you working here and keeping on top of things.

Where should I start with this community. I have been a resident here for over an year and have been very dis-pleased with the service that has been provided to me. My move in was very intense and very hard because the make ready was not complete even after given them an extra two weeks before I moved in and some of the staff was rude. The most recent concern is that my A/C has gone out and I put in a emergency ticket and could not leave a voicemail because it was "full" and went over to the leasing office this morning 6-15-2022 and was greeted and when presuming to tell the leasing agent what was going on, there was no concern nor urgency for the matter, and as of 2.08pm 6-15-2022 A/C is still not working.
If you are stating on an official recording that if an A/C is not working it is an emergency then that should be available and maintenance needs to clear the que of messages so others can leave one. I was going to renew my lease but I am not going to waste my time anymore with this community. I am writing the review to warn new applicants that everything that shines isn't gold. I would not recommend this community for a place to live.

Since moving in April 2022 I had the best experience here at the Avenue. The staff members are very welcoming and always there to answer any questions and very professional. I love the atmosphere here very pet friendly and people friendly as well. I love how they keep there community very well cleaned and up kept. I really love my apartment and all the features it has in there.
Also not to mention they have the best maintenance staff that will be there if you have any issues they will address them in a timely manner. If you are looking for a best place to rent or call home this is the place you want to live.

Being part of the community at The Avenue at Polaris has been the BEST decision for my family and I. We have been residents for a year now and the experience has been STELLAR! We began our journey with a tour with the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING property manager Kinah! She was clear and concise with details and recommendations for the best fit for a family of 4.
The Amenities are like no other and the maintenance team is the most professional and efficient. If you are looking for the best properties for you and your family this is it!

Quiet and friendly neighborhood. I love all the pet friendly activities and the fact they have multiple grills to use with a beautiful pool area. Maintenance always has quick and prompt response time. Kina in the office was so professional and helpful during this transition. I definitely recommend the avenue. Excellent community

Horrible place to live! It was great in the beginning but with new management coming in and Haley leaving everything went down hill. Management doesn't help you. All you get is run arounds. Walls are paper thin and neighbor noise is insane. It was the worst experience of my life. Management was very unwelcoming and unhelpful. Maintenance was good and cleaning lady Bonnie was awesome she was very warm and welcoming. Please find another place to live!

This is a horrible place to live. Constant interruptions and threats to move your car from the office staff. They always send out alerts like two days before they are about to repave or hold an event and threaten to have your car towed at your expense despite the fact that they have given barely any notice. Apparently they haven't considered that people go on vacation or work trips.
There are also issues with internet, it's provided through the complex so the prices hiked and the service is bad. You have no other choice but to use their shoddy internet. During the pandemic, they shut off the electricity on a Tuesday when everyone was working from home and offered no solutions. Today, I am experiencing another day without internet and there is no way to get ahold of the management because their phone lines are all connected through the internet. Fantastic.

My neighbor found a homeless person sleeping in the hallway multiple times and the management did nothing. There are still no external locks. Also, please consider that the 4.0 rating is inflated due to the fact that "Hallie" no longer works here. Can't wait to move. Please save yourself the headache and avoid these "luxury" apartments.

We were pretty happy living here but ran into some trouble after moving out. A couple months after moving out of the apartment and into our house, we received notice that we owed $99.16 on top of keeping the $300 security deposit to replace the stove drip pans and burners ($111.97) and the bedroom carpet ($182.48). We called and left a message saying we weren't going to be paying considering these are routine maintenance items that we left in good condition. not to mention they were billing us months after moving out. Here we are over 7 months later. just received a letter from Indianapolis Collections for $99.16.

We love our apartment layout and design, and the location is awesome. However, super disappointed in how the management has handled major concerns of ours. I wouldn't recommend anyone live here, especially if you work from home often or are a student. To be honest, we can't wait to move! The courtesy officer (Taylor) is great and as helpful as she can be, but otherwise, it's been a pretty miserable few months of living here.

The Avenue is an amazing place to live! The staff, the amenities and the quality of life living here is second to none! I have enjoyed being a resident here and the staff is a huge part of that! Nate Byrd was extremely helpful throughout my transition to Ohio! He was patient and extremely understanding due to me being financially affected by COVID.
I am extremely grateful to live in a place where they care a great deal about their residents, upkeep of their amenities and the pulse of their community. I recommend anyone in the market to rent here at The Avenue at Polaris!

In love with my apartment. Kina was incredible and made my selection and moving in process seamless. I viewed the apartment before leaving the country and she worked with me (time difference and all) to ensure that I got the apartment I wanted. I love that the maintenance team acts swiftly when an issue is logged in! I'm looking forward to the summer because it is honestly the prettiest apartment complex ever!

It's been an amazing experience for the last 2 years at Avenue@Polaris. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Community is beautiful. Most spacious apartment among all surrounding ones. We really enjoy our stay here. A lot of events are planned to keep the residents engaged which is a wonderful addition. Absolutely value for money.

By far the best apartment community in the Polaris area. The staff is always so pleasant and eager to resolve any concerns or issues that I have. Nate is a great point of contact to have. He truly understands providing great customer service. The Avenue at Polaris is just all the way around AWESOME!

This is a great apartment community! The apartments I viewed and the apartment I chose were all great layouts. Everyone in the community is so friendly and are great neighbors. I chose to live on the third floor and thought it might be a hassle to take my dogs out but the stairwells are not steep nor narrow so it's easy taking my two dogs out! The pool was great over the summer when I moved in and the dog park just got remodeled and it's a great area to take your dogs!
Everyone in the office and on the maintenance team are great and so friendly! I have had bad experiences with apartment complexes in the past but The Avenue has succeeded my expectations on making an apartment community worth the money!

DO NOT rent from here! After living there for 3 years, visually appealing from the outside but on the inside you will have studs showing through your walls after less than a year of living there. This is due to cheap paint which WE paid to have portions of our walls repainted due to this awful appearance. In addition to this, there is also a black substance that comes through the vents, which causes the paint to discolor!
After multiple years of living there, we moved out and recently received a final inspection letter. We've called the office multiple times to discuss but can't get a return call. I'm not surprised due to the high turnover rate in the front office. In this letter there is a $1300 "third coat of paint" cost due to "damage from candle soot". This is false because we talked to management about this and they even admitted that the black marks were due to cheaper paint used in the earlier phases of this development.
We also received a new blinds fee of $265 due to candle soot staining on all the blinds. Again, this is NOT due to candle soot this is coming from the black material constantly coming out of the vent system. We have friends that live in the same building and have also had issues with the studs showing through the paint and the black substance collecting on their vents. At this point it may be time for us to contact the Attorney General.

I went to view this property and absolutely loved it! The staff were very kind and treated me with the upmost respect. Unfortunately due to my career I was not able to move in because of relocation, and I expected the leasing agent to be upset that I could not sign the lease as promised. Instead the agent and management were very understanding. and they expressed how happy they were that I received a promotion on my job, and if ever I need a place they would be there to help me! I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in the area.

Before I bought my home, I viewed this complex. It's gorgeous! Not only is the outside gorgeous but inside the apartments are phenomenal! I viewed two different styles and I love the fact that the apartments are very roomy, all the entrance doors are located indoors and even the garage doors are inside! The staff here are very knowledgeable about each and every style of the apartments as well as he surrounding area! If I didn't buy my home, I would've definitely been a tenant here! I highly recommend The Avenue at Polaris!

I visited this property and the staff as well as the property was everything you could ask for. The location was perfect, the set up was perfect and the price was exactly where I thought it should be. I had to go on a wait list for the style of apartment I wanted but I'm sure it'll be worth the wait.

I am amazed! Never needed to rent my entire life and now that I relocated from the Chicago area to Columbus I'm renting... After a very thorough research The Avenue at Polaris got my attention because it is an amazing area full of life and peace all in one.... I do not actually live here, BUT when I was doing my apartment search I came across the best leasing agent ever, Hallie. She was so attentive to our needs and made sure that we would be happy living there and did everything she could to find us the best possible place for our money. She went out of her way to allow us to come back a few days in a row and see different units as well as go over pricing with us multiple times. At the end of the day for us, we just wanted to be closer to downtown but would have 150% lived here due to Hallie's customer service. She is the best!!!

Just moved in and the apartment was immaculate! I’ve had a very positive experience so far and Hallie from the leasing office was super helpful in helping us find the perfect apartment and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. Highly recommend the Avenue at Polaris for anyone who is looking for a friendly, well kept and modern apartment in a great location!
