If I could give no stars I would this company steals from their customers. Do not trust anyone at the Knoble company they will lie to you they will take your money and they will drag it on and on with the excuse we are very busy. I had the unfortunate experience of them being my management company for two properties for many years. They are rude and they are price gouging. If you are looking for a reputable management company for your property so your residence and homeowners are happy do not use this management company.

I've never had a good experience with this company. I had a problem in June 2021, called 9 times until December when it was finally fixed after it damaged my window. They will almost never return your call. The only time you can get in touch with the person you actually need to is calling tons of times. I now have another issue with my condo that my dryer vent is broken which birds are now accessing. i am trying to figure out how to fix it and I've called twice in the last week and they still haven't given me an answer. Customer service is last on their agenda. It's all about the money for them. They don't care at all about us.

I came down to stay with my sister at Ashworth and was very impressed with how clean everything was and how friendly Don and his staff is. Great experience and would recommend this place to friends.

This company sucks. I have witnessed with my own eyes. The Noble Company of South Carolina employees drinking on the job as well as reeking of marijuana. Hallways and stairwells covered in cobweb's as well as pollen. The units look deplorable, some properties look as if they haven't been pressure washed in years. One particular property "River Oaks" has rattlesnakes running rampant. I would advise anyone thinking about doing business with this company to stay far far away.

This company has continued to bill my bank account for HOA dues long after i sold my home. I have constantly reached out to seek repayment for improper charges, but every time they say that they have mailed me a check, 2 weeks goes by before I follow up to find out that they never mailed me a check. It has now been almost 3 months and the issue has not been resolved. Thus, I am out of pocket over $1,000 of funds that are rightfully mine.

I HIGHLY recommend that you do NOT do business with the Noble Company as they clearly have a very unsophisticated accounting/billing process in place. If they are not careful, they will likely get sued.
