I am a current tenant and my experience with them has been terrific. They made the application and lease process go so smoothly.

I've been living at my rental for several years now. I've sent a few maintenance requests over my time and they have fixed or replaced what was needed with a quick response. Overall I am very happy here.

TPM took good care of us during our time renting an apartment managed by them. We appreciate their help, and would definitely recommend using their services to anyone.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Cannot get ahold of them, stole our application fees from three of us all for them to tell us days later that they picked another applicant because the property doesn't allow for a co-signer. Pathetic excuse of a company I wish I could get my $150 back.

Paying on line is always easy. On another note, they respond quickly for maintenance requests. Who could ask for anything more?!

Titan Properties is one of the best companies I've encountered while living in Roseville. They are easy to reach when you need assistance and last week was no exception for me. I sent a message into them for a repair, via their online system (latchel), on Friday, received a text message from a plumbing company on Saturday and by Sunday had a plumbing company confirming a repair for Monday morning. The plumber was knowledgeable, thorough and completed the repair quickly.

So. I'm here to inform the sacramento region that this management is responsible for multiple counts of identity theft. They will not admit it but an middle eastern man has been harassing my Grandfather for the past 4 months and all of a sudden last Friday his bank account was depleted. My Grandfather has never revealed his bank account information to anyone besides this company.

We have been in contact with a total of 6 other people who encountered the same treatment from the same gentlemen. I'm currently deployed overseas and I get home at the start of the summer. I look forward to paying a visit to this company and show them the same courtesy I've shown to anyone that'll causes a threat to the safety of my unit. So Titan this message is for you. I'm coming!

I've been in the market for a rental home for a while. I've been very pleasantly surprised by Titan and in particular, Ryan Miller. I had been accepted to a home that the owner's unfortunately backed out on last minute. Although that was unfortunate, I must say that from the moment I applied I was contacted almost immediately. I was always responded to via email even though I sent several (we were very excited about this home) and Ryan was always professional and kind.

We can't wait to continue this journey and get into a rental once we find one that fits our needs. I highly suggest you use this company. I am very pleasantly surprised by the prompt response and quick approvals I got with them. I have apps into about 15 different companies; this and 1 other were the only 2 that have actually reached out. So, thanks to you and your team!

I've never left a public review before, but it is so difficult to find a good property management company so I had to give Susan and Titan a shout-out! I was a tenant at their 1825 G Street location for a year and a half, and they treated me extremely well. They promptly responded to any work requests through an app solution so I didn't have to wait until the next day to call them. they were also really great throughout the move-out process. If you goggled them because you're thinking about living at one of their rentals, I say do it!

Titan Property Management is a good company that is always willing to work with you and will always find the time to listen to their workers and renters. They are very professional and punctual. They are a good company to work for.
