This is very unprofessional company. They have put my family through a long waiting process. Told them we have a puppy, paid for our application fees etc, did all we needed, all for them to run our credit, then tell us they don't allow puppies , only dogs 1year or older. This was poorly communicated and wasn't stated anywhere in the listing. Really don't understand why a company would do that knowing we were straight up with everything.

As an owner of a property managed by Beka, I have never had any issues. Beka was able to find a highly qualified tenant for my property in one day. I have enjoyed working with the whole team at Beka. Lorrie, Lindsay, Van, and everyone else have always been responsive, respectful, and helpful. I will definitely have Beka more of my properties in the future!
