Absolutely terrible! do not live here. we had problems from day one. we had problems with the sink. sent the same person over there who did absolutely nothing over and over AC went out so many times they had the same guy come out at least 6 times before it even got it fixed and it was pulling teeth for them to get it fixed. we didn't know but there was black mold when we moved there and these frauds just painted over it while i was PREGNANT (have pictures of all of that) our rent was way over priced. our neighbors have the same layout and pay way less. when you put your deposit down, you'll never see that again. also make sure to let the frauds know ahead (30 days) when you want to move out even if your lease is up. they'll charge a whole months rent. again. terrible place.

Do not use this company. Seriously! read reviews. ask around and do not use this place! They represent crooked owners and have very unethical business practices. Draining any and every person of money if they can. They picked up owners after they were dropped as clients through another rental agency because of how they did business and how they treated their renters and then it became even worse! Save you and your family the stress and do not rent a house represented by this company. Will be reporting them to the BBB.

Tried to see a house. We were already waiting at the property when she texted us saying I tried calling you but you didn't answer so we will have to reschedule. Really?! We drove far to get to the property. Pretty much, rental person didn't show up at prescribed time. We will take our business elsewhere.

Needed a fridge because mine crapped out. Rent-a-center for me a replacement in less than 6 hours on a month-to-month lease with free delivery.

Sue the owner of my duplex for Trinity Management is a liar and fraud with refunds on deposit.also, she waits to the last minute (30 days) to send your deposit and she doesn't even look at the place till 20 days after you move out and therefore she does a quick look and guesses an estimate and I bet she doesn't even look at it.sent to BBB.

Where do I even start with this company. They are thieves! They STOLE $4000 in deposit money saying the paint needed to be redone (false!) it was touched up before we left, saying we didn't pay/needed to leave $1000 pet deposit which was also deducted. FALSE! We left everything we needed! Every deposit before we moved in. We replaced every blind in that house!( I saw to it myself) we even cleaned the carpet which was in good condition before we left.

You do not STEAL MONEY FROM SOMEONE! Especially not $4000. You would be wise to find a different home if you want to rent. My only regret is not reading these reviews before renting! I also told them they needed to inspect my premises in my notice to vacate the premises, 2 WEEKS before moving these people never showed until WELL after I moved out.

They are horrible excuses for humans and I hope this stupid excuse for a rent management group gets fined heftily and their "business" shut down! I feel robbed and stupid for even trusting them in the first place. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES unless you don't want your deposit back! They take advantage of being able to say whatever they want on their "inspections" it's been 30 days since we have had any kind of notice for our deposits. 30 DAYS.

I told them to inspect 2 weeks BEFORE we moved out! That's even more suspicious. They waited until we left so that they could be sneaky and leave whatever review on our home that they wanted so they could pocket our money. Did they look at the home 25 days after we moved out? Who knows! $2000 for repainting? 1100$ for a new carpet? $50 for a toilet holder, $60 for a blind that was replaced? Are you people nuts!

The paint was fine, the carpet was fine, and there wasn't even a toilet holder! AND our dogs where the nicest, cleanest least destructive animals on this earth and then they want to charge an additional $1000 for our pets? Like I said, nasty thieves need to wash your hands!

Trinity Management was good about sending people out when we had issues at our house and did not have problems working with them but as for getting your deposit back don't expect to get it all back no matter how deep you clean your house or how detailed you are in the form you complete of the inspection of the house before you move in.
