Couldn't be happier with UGO. They're professionalism and turnaround time for issues is beyond measure. They are definitely the gold standard for property management companies.

Rented from these people, previously. Some of the worst, most unscrupulous sorts I have ever met. Don't know how they sleep at night.except on piles of money. They own the Seven Ten bowling, too. Would not support.

Former tenant at their downtown Hagerstown buidling. Quality apartment, with excellent service and responsive staff. Unfortunately I was transferred for work or would still be living at the Hamilton

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value when a building is condemned and they still have your apartment for rent with all your belongs still in the apartments

Building was condemned due to the floor falling through. We had no access to our building and were pretty much forced to move from our homes. Many of had to move in with family or be forced into homelessness. We have had NO help from the landlord. No contact, no updates. And it looks like my apartment is back up for rent, even though I still have all my belonging in my apartment. Which I have no access to! The company is just full of scumlords and low lifers who only care about their money!

This was the WORST apartment I've ever had in my life. Management ever. If I could rate 0 stars I definitely would! The building was condemned and tenants were forced to move out unwillingly, and were forced to become homeless. Management did absolutely nothing to assist. We were assisted by Red Cross for a week. Management never provided updates about when tenants would be able to obtain their belongings and were very hard to reach regarding updates.

I hope the owner Morris is sued to the highest extent of the law because he is such an evil person for allowing these people to struggle because of his unprofessionalism and lack of empathy. He refused to reach out to tenants directly and still continues to neglect his responsibility in not being responsive to tenants when they reach out to him regarding updates about their belongings. Please please do not move into ANY property managed by this company!
