My Wife Angela and I have been working with Union Properties of Gainesville for our home rental here in Gainesville for the past 2 years. Suzanne Melton has been incredible from day one and is always on top of anything we need done. The house we are renting has had some roof issues ( the roofers fault) and Suzanne has gone above and beyond to advocate for us and help the owners of the house resolve the issues. Suzanne at Union Properties has been a wonderful Property Manager. I first spoke to Suzanne during my quest to find a rental home about 1.5 years ago. Rhonda has managed rental properties for us since 2007. Prior to working with Union Properties, we managed our own rentals. Since working with this agency, turn-around time between tenants is minimized and any maintenance needs are quickly addressed. We appreciate the thorough reference process used by Union Properties to find qualified tenants. Rhonda and her team have done more than take care of our properties. This was my first time using union properties and I was very satisfied with the quality of care. The first time calling in I was put directly through to Suzanne. I didn't have to wait in a return call. She was very helpful and communicating everything with me in a very fast manner. She went above and beyond to work with me to get me moved in as soon as possible. I was able to move in to my property just a few day later.
