Update: I was verbally threatened with an illegal eviction by Robert Paulian one of United's directors because I refused to continue to let matainance enter my unit after 5 pervious after hours visits for the same issue in the unit below me. I have been repeatedly told that there is no evidence of anything in my unit causing the issue and pay my rent on time.

Avoid united at all costs. United Have been renting an apartment from united for 6 years. The building was brand new when I moved in but has had nothing but issues non-stop, on after the next. Constant leaks, cracks in the wall, faulty balcony, mold and mildew, electrical problems, poor or non-existent internet access, you name it and it's happened. Contractors come to do band-aid style "repairs" that fail to fix the problem.

While doing so the contractors will damage your property and United does nothing to hold them accountable. United refuses to actually address anything and instead passes the blame on to whomever they can including their tenants. Avoid this company at all costs.

Zach is a great realtor with United! He helped us find our next rental. He responds quickly, addressed any concerns we had, is super friendly, and is just an overall great realtor! We definitely recommend him!

Everyone there is very polite. I really like the resident portal where you can pay rent & track the status of maintenance requests, which have always been remedied in a timely manner for us. You could probably never have to go to their office but if you do they make you feel welcome.

Great experience while living there, maintenance requests/damages were always taken care of immediately, and the outside area was very well maintained. Start to move out was an incredibly easy/pleasant process, and everyone I came in contact with was very respectful and polite. Only complaint is after I moved out -end of July, 2021- after confirming my new address with an employee via email, my safety deposit was sent to the wrong address.

Found out two months later and requested a new one, was told it would be taken care of. Two months later requested it again after not having heard back from anyone, learned no one had mailed it out or even bothered to contact me, and after being forced to pay the stop payment fee for the first incorrectly mailed check, I was finally able to pick up the new one yesterday.

Front desk ladies were very nice and accommodating, and the fee was only $35, but after six months of this and having to further pay for someone else's mistake. I'm more than a little frustrated on how this was handled.

We've been renting our house through United Realty for about year and a half now. I can tell that they're really trying their best to make things better primarily leasing and maintenance requests. Their property managers, especially Macy, are the best in communication and addressing our problems and concerns. Joanna n Josh are a nice sweet couple who helped us through the leasing process.

We had a problem with our dishwasher that took weeks to solve without securing a temporary solution. We had a water leak in the city line that sky rocketed our bills, they only compensated less than 30% of what they're supposed to pay. I believe these problems are due to the upper management who sets the policies which seems stingy. Except these two problems, they were very good.

I won't forgot how they took our problem seriously when our AC failed during the winter storm of 2020. Overall, I recommend them to others. Hopefully the management improves too. I'm seeing continuous improvement in their business with time.

We have been renting through United Realty for years and have moved multiple times throughout the year and have chosen to stick with the company because we like them so much! The staff is always very friendly and quick to answer or fix any issues we might have with our unit. When looking for a place to live they are very nice and understanding of how rough the moving process can be and are willing to work with you on a lot of things. Highly recommend!

I have been living here almost 6yrs and the management and upkeep of this property has several declined. I have constantly contacted the office about this and they have done nothing. Some of my neighbors have no respect and when I let them know about my issues they vandalize my car. there are many illegal immigrants living here with family and destroying property do not come here unless you like filth.

I have posted pictures. Some of these items have been here weeks months and years. united never walks property but will take your money. I have more pictures but it won't let me load them

Laziest management company I've ever had let a outlined lease item stay in unusable condition for 6 months until i sent a intention to right to repair then magically it was fixed in 2 days. I'll never be leasing or renting from this company ever again and i advise anyone else to avoid. The fence image I attached is a property in my neighborhood that has been off the hinges for about 2 to 3 months now.

$100/month look at Gateway Villas' (Property managed by UNITED RICO) review on google to see what $100/month gets you. update: 3/20/18 Stuff still broken. Dumpsters leaking trash. Placative responses from United. AVOID! Update: 7/9/18 Ask for them to replace the corroded dumpsters around the property AKA all dumpsters in their property managment district that have holes in them. ONE got replaced. The one closest to me. All other dumpster are still leaking trash. FYI this property "management" company will do the BARE minimum and that is after you complain.
