Went without heat for 2 weeks, beginning the day before the rains started on Dec13th 2021. I'd elaborate but I'm sure you can imagine trying to live in a legally uninhabitable apartment rental (where the law requires heat to keep consistent 70°, three feet above the ground), yet at five feet above the ground the thermostat read 57° on the coldest night.

Wish I didn't have to go thru a lawyer to simply get a partial refund for the days I was forced to shiver unnecessarily in frigid squalor while VIP violated California law & statute. I can't believe I'm foolish enough to pay 975/month (5 years ago, I was paying 695) for this unweatherized icebox in the winter and oven in the summer!

My son, his girlfriend, and their child I've been fighting with the company to spray for ants for six months with no luck. Their apartment complex is infested with ants and they only sent someone out one time which didn't do a whole lot. Every day they have ants in our kitchen, bathroom, and all over the floor throughout the apartment. They don't like to invite people over because of the ant problem.

When you're sitting on the couch they'll start crawling up your legs. They have contacted them many times and they are just ignored. The customer service really stinks and they're very rude when you ask for help.

We rented a home through VIP for three years. From the beginning we were very happy with them. There was a good selection of rentals. The staff that helped us with our lease was great. We lived in our for about three years, and during that time only had one maintenance issue that needed to be addressed, but it was handled so timely, and the maintenance staff was able to take of it quickly.

I like that Mainteance does a yearly walk through of the property, and they also check smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors, and change filters. The office staff is equally responsive; during our time there we went through a government shut down which affected our family. Within reason VIP was understanding and accommodating. I would recommend this property management company to anyone looking for a home.

I LOVE this company! They made my process of transitioning the lease to my name seamless, painless, and were so understanding and patient answering my questions -- I am so thankful for them! Also, the women in the office are absolutely top notch -- if you're looking for an apartment/home I highly recommend VIP. Their pricing is great, and our little home is lovely. My only complaint was the need for after hours maintenance just in case there was an issue -- but aside from that, they are wonderful.

VIP managed 2 of my rentals over a 2 year period. They were professional and effective throughout and their management fees were in keeping with the market and reasonable. Shelby placed 2 of the best tenants I have ever had as a landlord. She thoroughly checks applicants and didn't contact me until she had well qualified people, which I appreciated.

One of my properties had a somewhat complicated rental agreement that Shelby and Matthew handled very well. They get back to you immediately with any issues and are always pleasant. Don't hesitate to use VIP, they're top notch.

VIP has honestly been amazing. VIP manages our families properties and continues to do an outstanding job. Everyone at the office is so easy to work with and is always willing to help. I really appreciate open communication and VIP continues to exceed our expectations when conveying information. Their reporting is fantastic. We can't say one bad thing about our experiences with VIP. We are very thankful to have been working with VIP over the past several years and look forward to working with them for years to come.

It seems VIP asks for reviews from new tenants the day they receive keys, because everything seems great in the beginning.as I explained in my first review below. However, this is not the experience. After being a tenant for only 3 months now, I would never recommend or do business again with VIP. They are not responsive to their tenants, nor do they show a care for the concerns of their tenants.

The way VIP handles their properties, in all honesty makes the owner of that property look bad. This is very unfortunate, because I do not believe I am renting from a terrible owner. However, since I am only allowed to deal with VIP this has caused a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. ************************************************* We had an excellent experience with VIP!

They are so kind every time we would speak, and they were very timely in correspondence to any questions we had. We are looking forward to being apart of their community as tenants!

This company has professional staff that are always ready to take care of anything I need. All my apartment needs has been take care of in timely fashion. I was with them for almost 5 years, and I am happy camper with VIP Management, and will recommend them without hesitation.

Valley Insured Property Management (VIP) has managed our properties in the High Desert for 15+years. They're honest, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and will always do their best for their clients. They're also good to their tenants and take care of issues fast. If you have a difficult situation, VIP will take it on and get to a win/win resolution for all. They're just an excellent company and have proved that again and again over the last 15 years that they've been our property manager.

I have used VIP to manage my house for over 30 years. They have done a great job ensuring quality tenants and taking care of the property. They always ensure I am notified and involved in any issues that arise.

Why are you letting complexes go without water for days? Why is it that when the building you manage finally gets water back, that it's absolutely filthy, even after being run for hours? Do you plan on compensating your renters for your lack of care and professionalism?

A bunch of liars. Their report came up with TONS of public record errors, which were proven with legal records to be errors. Their system is costing consumers funds to be given a false report about them. They. were "kind" enough to give me my $80 back but lied about that too. I was told that on 12/30 my refund was PROCESSED and SENT back to the card.

I reach out on 1/6 and ask about it and I'm told that it's already been done and to give it a week as Holiday schedules could make it vary. (It was a week). I ask again today 1/9 and I'm provided with a screenshot showing the refund wasn't sent until 1/6 AFTER I reached out asking about it again. Obviously they are trying to cover themselves as.

Excellent Property Management Company! I needed to Co-sign for my daughter to help her rent an apartment.which was NOT an easy thing to do! From the moment the process began, Lisa was very helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help us put my daughters' family in an apartment. At the end of the day, what seemed an. impossible and bleak situation, ended up turning around for the best. Lisa was able to find a wonderful apartment complex who gave my daughter the chance she needed. Without Lisa's efforts, this would never have worked out. Thank you VIP!

This place is so full of bullsh*t I did a app online took my $40 was rejected for a apt. Oh the office Personnel or a leasing agent or whoever should be doing there job don't. Didn't even call me to let me know I was rejected so u take our money for a app fee then if we are approve you will call us back if we are now it's a big fu*k you.

VIP is the absolutely best to work with. As a property owner I have reduced my time that I have to be involved and my cash flow has improved significantly. Our tenants enjoy working with them also. I could not ask for more. The service is the best. Thanks VIP Team!
