Scam scam. Bought vacuum never worked tried to return they moved I was told of new address went to new address they moved again still have found them one year later, still not fix it I just made my last payment I was told to send it in to fix and pay 200 new never use

Best Vacuum Cleaner I've ever owned. I was skeptical as the handsome salesman wanted to demonstrate the machine. It shocked me to see how much dirt he pulled out of my carpet and mattress - gross. And I vacuum everyday!. The convenience of having a vacuum, a carpet and hard wood floor scrubber, a blower (for all the little cracks and computer keyboards), a duster, and a sander if I chose is a dream come true. The attachments are easy to change and the unit very durable. I loved it so much I actually purchased a second one for my mom. Thanks Kirby team.

These people are a scam. They give you 3 days to use this piece of junk and then when you no longer want it, they won't take it back and be damned to still charge you for it. I better not ever see these people come to my house for any type of promotion again. That's a promise.
