We have stayed with Villa Direct in the past (2017 & 2019) with exceptional experiences. However, this go around was a disaster. First day we arrived our pool was cloudy, 95 degrees, full of dead bugs, and debris. I called and requested a clean on the pool to be met with attitude on the other end. Was told they would have someone out the next morning.

Morning came and went and no one showed up. Called three times with no answer having to leave a voicemail. Finally got a call back and was told the pool company had a flat tire but would be there. Finally had the pool cleaned for it to only last two days. In the meantime two of my three kiddos started complaining of earaches. Two urgent care trips later we had double ear infections, swimmers ear and a ruptured eardrum.

No empathy. The screen around the pool was torn that we we were chasing squirrels out of our pool area on multiple occasions. There were both dead and alive cockroaches within the home, dirty bedding and nothing to clean with! After buying our own supplies and cleaning it to a decent standard it was time for our vacation to end. I will never ever use villa direct again for our future trips. You guys really need to figure it out!

We stayed at Blue Waters and the home was nice enough although quite worn. There was a roach problem, we especially noticed in the dishwasher. The dishwasher wasn't running, but it did get fixed as soon as we asked. Found management to be fairly responsive via email, easy to work with but nothing exceptional. Our home was in Champions Gate and there were some loud large groups on either side of us. I had heard from others that Champions Gate is not what it used to be.we would use VillaDirect again but stay in a different community.

Well I must say I was unbelievably surprised this morning I received a phone call from the CEO of villa direct and after he saw my complaint and heard what had happened to me after my experience and not getting my full refund back from my cancellation he stepped right in took care of the problem and was completely professional and actually extremely nice to talk to it was really refreshing and I must say because of that I will definitely tell my friends and family to continue to book with the company.

He also told me if I ever have any issue again to feel free to reach out to him so you guys all keep that in mind when you're planning your vacation that the CEO of this company is more than willing to do whatever it takes to keep people coming back and staying at Villa direct in Florida

Don't ever book a vacation home through Villa Direct do your self the favor and go through a different company my wife booked through them and got ROBBED BY THIS COMPANY We had Booked and had to cancel because We were scammed She even paid For the cancelation insurance Which means absolutely nothing We had canceled 14 days after booking and realizing that we got scammed for our flight After realizing we contacted villa direct so that we can cancel They told us that We were not getting our money back that that was our problem That's not a good enough reason to cancel Mind you once again I will repeat we paid for cancelation insurance which means nothing When I ask Michelle supposedly the manager To speak to the owner she refused to pass me along to him I am a business owner myself who deals with hundreds of people a week and take pride in making sure my customers are happy a 100% I will be letting each of them know what was done to us through villa direct and making sure they would never book another vacation through this company ever again thank Villa Direct for Robbing us of our hard earned money

We are in the Blue Water home here, The house it's self is beautiful the bedrooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are very nice spacious and clean the hot water is not too well the garage is nice the games in there are nice the kids really are enjoying that but the heat was not on for the pool all day sauna when we arrive because I did not pay to have the heat on at $35 a day not knowing this so I call paid $181 on yesterday and I was told that the heat would be on in the pool and they sauna and 24 hours it has been over 24 hours since someone came to turn it on and it is still Ice cold I've called the after hours service because we are out today we came back to the house to get in the pool and it's still ice cold.

I pay too much money to enjoy these six nights and seven days To not be able to enjoy the Home completely. I have stayed here before at a different property and everything was perfect but I would not recommend this particular property and I will not be booking it again.

We stayed at a Villa Direct home in the Windsor Hills area. Upon arrival we found some items in the house are dated and needed some cleaning attention. Contact was made to VillaDirect and they apologized for the inconvenience and did what they could to make it right. I understand Villa Direct is only able to manage what they can. The home owners need to invest into the home and it would be a great place. Aside from that check in/out process was seamless with Villa Direct. Responsiveness was good too.

The stay at this house was a horror show; we had no WiFi, Toilets were dirty, floors were dirty, there were roaches and they know they have roaches because there was bug spray in the pantry. We should have known this was not the place to stay because there was a broken down golf cart parked near the driveway of the house where we were staying. The garbage deposal didn't work and the patio vertical blinds were all torn up and shabby. The person on duty at the Villa Direct Office (Lisa) is used to all the complaints. She had an excuse answer for everything and nothing was ever corrected.

I have been using VillaDirect for yearrs, never disappointed. We rented the Paradise of Providence for 2 weeks. Aug 2021 this house is amazing. Beautiful decor, Top of the line appliances, this is the first place I rented that you can actually use the garage, Pool is great. I only had 2 issues which were not that big of a deal. There wasn't enough of pots & pans.

I called customer service to let them know that the light on the dryer clean vent was on. She told me the owner has an outside source and she will contact them. No one ever came, other than that it was an amazing 2 weeks.

The house was very dirty. Very disappointed. Hair all over the place. Disgusting. Final straw was when we pulled the sheets back on the bed and there were cheez-it's all in the bed. I thought maybe there had just been a miscommunication, so I called a spoke with someone about the situation. She assured me it would be taken care of ASAP! When we returned, they had place sheets on the couch so we could put them on the bed. Very disappointing. Would give them a 0 but not an option.

My family and I spent the first week of June at the emerald island resort #villasdirect The resort was beautiful, the mgmt was awesome and very accommodating, as was security at the gate. I will absolutely come back but with a different home owner. The home was beautiful but INFESTED WITH FLIES AND MOSQUITOS, the vent in the ceiling was hanging down, I was afraid of critters would be coming in thru the roof, and the screen covering the pool was filthy.

See photos, I had to exterminate the house and the linens on the beds were cheap and too big for the beds, the dryer was running when we arrived and there was glass and food in the disposal, face towels had make up on them and the tvs were small.

Arrived and waited 45 mins because the access code was not correct. Had to call the after hrs line and what for a call back. Upon entry everything seemed fine. Unfortunately, there were many issues. Blood on the master bathroom floor. Old food in the sink that smelled horrible. I had to clean. Pool was dirty with bugs because it was not running. I cleaned. Turned on jacuzzi and it began to spray every where. Had to wait for someone to come fix that.

There was a leak in the game room right by the entrance from a pipe that caused the rug to be soaked. Maintenance had to come back out to fix that. Which took some time. Maintenance stated the ac was not working properly which we noticed. All pool sticks were broken except 2 that were bent. The were multiple rips in the screens around the pool which caused a major fly problem.

If you put a cup of water down flies were on your cup. It was ridiculous. I called and spoke with the manager Lisa. I asked for a refund or partial and she was very rude. Would not let me speak at all. All in all I would not recommend any friends or family to stay here. If you just need somewhere to sleep then I guess it will do.

We rent in Champions Gate often. Most of the houses are identical with slight changes in amenities. With so many other management companies available I'm surprise that renters would rent from VillaDirect. And I'm equally surprised that home owners would use VillaDirect as their management company. VillaDirect is by far the worse management company there.

We have never had an issue with another company. One of the nice thing about Champions Gate is the ability to stay at your house in your heated pool. We paid extra for this (as we always do). And the only reason we stay in Champions Gate is to have access to your own private pool. Unfortunately when we arrived the spa water was half empty, the pool was nasty including someones fake eyelashes on the edge, and the heat didn't work.

I called immediately on Friday and was told by voicemail that they were closed until Monday. They monitor the voicemail but apparently only call you back if they deem it an "emergency"? So we had an unusable pool. So today (Monday) I called since I hadn't received any information for three days. Given the attitude of the lady answering the phone, I'm guessing they always have problems with their houses.

Instead of being meet with an attempt to fix the problem I was handled as if somehow it was my fault. Not sure I get the lack of communication or the attitude but looking at other reviews I can't say I'm surprised. The house itself is average and below par compared to other houses in Champions Gate. Other houses provide pool towels, cooking utensils, etc. This place was definitely bare bones.

My family and I stayed at the beautiful property Sunset Getaway in the gated community Champions Gate. This was over the Christmas holiday and it was perfect. The home was very spacious and the design very appealing. The Kitchen was a nice size with a nice amount of counter space and storage. The home came with a washer and dryer along with linens for all 6 bathrooms.

The pool was nice but I recommend the pool heater for those staying in the winter months. The grounds of the property are stunning and very well kept. The community is very safe and you have to scan your bar code to get into the property. There is a Walmart miles away from the property along with other shops and restaurants. I have nothing bad to say about my experience at this property. I highly recommend this. My party of 7 loved it!

Rented through VillaDirect after a mgmt company with VRBO cancelled my reservation at the last minute. VillaDirect does a great job with communication which is huge for me. Rented through another company last year and once they got my money, could not get them to respond to me! I rented Disneytopia. It was clean and as pictured. I would have appreciated having a small amount of dish soap and a couple dishwasher pods.

The only other minor complaint is that the lighting in the house is dim, which is one of my biggest complaints about all the hotels I've stayed in! Yep, I'm a bit picky! I would definitely rent from VillaDirect again. I would look to rent a house as opposed to a townhouse next time, but that's just a matter of preference. Also, the price is/was exactly what I expected. Not sure what a previous reviewer is referring.

The Jazmine House was nice. I would have given it a 5 except the mattresses on the beds need to be replaced and television in the bedroom upgraded.

I've booked with VillaDirect twice now (2016 and 2019). Easy to book and good choice of villas. Had a few issues with the most recent villa (Festival at Championsgate) and the staff at VillaDirect were a bit slow to respond. Issues resolved eventually though.

We stayed at Moon Valley it looked exactly like the pictures! It was 10 of us and the rooms were spacious. It was 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! The kitchen had more than enough utensils to cook and eat with! Very close to stores, Walmart and Disney! Loved the location! I had an issue with the tv programming and they came the same day! Great Customer service! I loved the Oasis clubhouse! It was so nice! I would rent from this development again!

The town house was VERY clean. The location of the town house is very quiet. The location is very close to the Disney properties. Liked being in a gated community. It was an easy walk to the community clubhouse. Really enjoyed being able to see free movies.

Villa direct hires incapable beings to drive their vehicles. My favorite move they perform is pulling an illegal u-turn in front of your moving car. You may also know them from classics such as "what's a blinker?" If I owned a company I surely wouldn't drive away customers (quite literally) by unsafe driving.

Very clean and pleasant. The appliances need to be upgraded and the mattresses are in need of replacement. The furniture in the living room needs to be replaced as well. Villa direct is an excellent firm.

I have nothing but good things to say about VillaDirect. I found my original home through VRBO but the owners decided to not rent anymore. VD was quick to help me rebook another home and it met all of out expectations. We were a group of 9 that stayed in Orlando over Thanksgiving week. I have booked through other companies in the past but none were as good as communicating with me as VD. No matter who I spoke with, they were always willing to help me. The house we rented was clean and beautiful. Would book with VD again.

Stayed for a 5 night min! Villa direct! Champions Gate Orlando! Been paying for a year! Reserved this home for my daughters 15's birthday and Volcano bay trip! Property is spacious. Washer and dryer was great! Now the bad part! Kitchen had mad roaches this is a no no! Property was not well cleaned had to buy products at a near by publix. Hair in tub!

Dirty sheets from previous renter. Pool area not so clean! Home is nice but alot of cosmetic noticeable damage. This home for rent was not cheap. And did not include heated pool or barbecue separate cost for that. Not to mention it took 2 days for the pool to be warm. Paid a 3-day minimum only enjoyed it one day. Things like this are unacceptable. These homes are not cheap and should be well maintained.

We rented long term with Villadirect (6 months +) My family absolutely loved our time there! The home was clean and spacious! The pool was cleaned weekly, and very well well maintained. Any issues we had during our stay, were taken care of, promptly! Same day or next day! We will definitely be returning. The staff there were always courteous, and both myself and my husband felt they genuinely cared!

Love Villa Direct--the property management company. The owner of 2628 Emerald Drive? Not so much! This is my second year renting this same house. Last year it took two days to get the pool heater going. This year? AFTER checking in and tying to get the heater going again, at day 2, I was informed the heater died 2 days ago. I'm here for a week without being able to use the pool? UNACCEPTABLE and a 3rd opportunity to screw up my family's Holiday getaway will not be happening. VD refunded the heater cost, and I understand that's not their fault, but I'm now sitting in a house that I can't enjoy. Beyond angry.

Great Service. The family had a Great Time at Blue Water. We stayed Christmas week.(23-28 Dec 16) The entire home was clean and well decorated. Kids loved the Game room. Would have given 5 Stars if the pool and spa were heated, so the entire family could enjoy. The process at the office was seamless and staff was very friendly. Richard D

Expired. no wonder the fire alarm went off every day. the on call services is horrible! Clearly the maintenance is horrible! There is a leak causing the fire alarms to short out and go off at crazy times. like 4 am. like 1:am 8:30 pm just crazy insane! Bad experience my son had autism and is traumatized! So in order to stop the smoke alarms we have to take the wet one down. which disables all of them PRAY there isn't a real emergency! Oh and on top of that water drips on the floor I slipped and fell TWO times! It's just annoying inconvenient, tiring and mentally exhausting!

We stayed Christmas week in a 3 bedroom condo called Summer Settings 12 minutes from Disney. Pros: Villa Direct was a dream to work with. They exhibited professionalism and great customer service. The property was in a super location. 12 minutes at most to all Disney parks and 25 to Universal area. The community was safe and gated. We were able to check in early after a long drive.

Both check in and check out were seamless and the Villa Direct folks gave us lots of goodies for the kids and area information. They also left a bag of extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and dishwasher detergent, new sponges, laundry detergent, soap. Cons: The condo could have been cleaner - especially the bathrooms (had to clean the master when I discovered a brown stain from the rim to the floor - yeah makes me gag even now).

The condo had 1/4 of their lightbulbs out and the smoke detector batteries died so we had to take them down so as not be awaken by beeps all night long. The couch in our particular condo should be tossed. It had stains and just looked dirty and uninviting. The entrance to the gated community was flawed as no one's card worked and a guard had to let us in every night, which was frustrating.

The stairway to our condo was very dark. I would probably stay with Villa again since they had great customer service, but I would be wary due to the cleaning. Villa should get a new cleaning and maintenance crew. General upkeep was lacking.

First time I rented a house this big and I could not be any happier I rented with VillaDirect. The house was INCREDIBLE. Bigger then I expected. Everything was VERY clean. We had enough towels and other things to go thru our stay. They house fit comfortably 12 people. It was simply amazing. Beautiful neighborhood, amazing pool, they had floats at the pool and everything. If you are going to Orlando, a house from villa direct is definitely better then a hotel.

Beware of extra charges for towel damage. These charges put big damper on great vacation at Paradise Palm Resort. We have nothing but great things to say about the actual home being rented out. Villa Direct is one of the many mgmt company that can rent out this house, in addition to VRBO. There is a swimming pool at this house, and at end of each night, we clean the white towels separately since they will have bleach from the pool water. All the towels looked fine after each night's wash. At end of rental period, we made sure all the towels were in good conditions, and bought them to the laundry room to tidy up after ourselves.

One day after, I get an email saying that there are stains in their towels (and they can't remove it after multiple washes), and they will charge us $133.40 for this damage. [Towel-pix shows 12 items & they're charging us for 16 items] 10 towels -- $100.00 2 hand towels -- $8.00 4 wash cloths -- $12.00 + delivery and tax Total amount $133.40 At first, they wanted us to pay for the dinner napkins too, but we use paper-towels and napkins, so why are those being stained.

So they said, "Oh our mistake. on the napkins." Something is not right with this. Not sure how the towel got this way, since we never saw this after multiple washes when we did it. Maybe the cleaning staff mixed the colored cloth with the towels and it became like what's shown in the picture. It's their words against ours at this point, and their manager, Lisa Allen, brought up the rental agreement right away being the reason we have to pay this. BE WARNED AND WARY to make sure this doesn't happen to you. Pictures sent to us of what they claimed with the stained towels. Don't let this happen to you. TAKE pictures of your towels BEFORE YOU LEAVE or something.

We have rented the "Tropical Nights"- 8 bedroom/ 5 bath pool home for 4 days and 3 night, in Champions Gate, the customer service was impeccable, I can not say enough about how great the customer service was so far, Christina the supervisor was so helpful, Lorraine the customer service representative was awesome, I have paid almost all of our monies due, we will check in on the 7th of August and depart on the 10th- I will let you know how the house looked and how we enjoyed our trip with pictures upon our departure. stay tuned.

I went to Orlando last week to see the home they explained why they do not allow anyone to go to the house before check in-I understood, there are rules, people need o respect the rules, But once I get there I will let you guys know how it went. I am excited, My daughter is return off deployment, so we are giving her a welcome home party.
