If I could give no stars to this company, I would be happy to do so. Vision Realty Management's performance is below poor. Questions and concerns from tenants are never answered promptly by the company. The company shouldn't be managing a single property. We strongly recommend that businesses and individuals avoid leasing or buying properties managed by Vision Realty Management, VRP.

If I could give this company no stars I would. It takes them over 2 weeks to remove a broke branch interfering with our parking lot. I have reported my flooded yard multiple times and I'm being informed "there aren't any funds" to fix it. Makes me question where my monthly HOA payments goes? I SEE WHY IT ONLY HAS A SINGLE STAR.

Absolutely unprofessional. I applied first for an apartment that was posted, messaged him and let him know my grandmother would be co-signing for me and and he told me she had to fill out an application also. She filled out the application the SAME DAY and he proceeded to tell me that two more applications came in and he would keep me updated. He consistently ignored me for about a week until I asked for a refund on our applications and he asked me "why do you think we should refund the application fee" WHAT?
I applied first and neither of us have been contacted when we MORE than meet the 45k income requirement. The application fee is for background/credit check so I most definitely should be refunded if The background check/credit check wasn't done. Terrible customer service and all around rude person.

FRAUDULENT Company The co-op where I own and apartment that's rented out switched to Vision Realty Management on September 1. I have owned an apartment within the co-op for over 10 years and never - not once - had an issue with previous management companies. However, Vision Realty is unresponsive to both emails and phone calls. I can only reach them through third parties.
The company consistently reassures me that "the check is on the way." They have three months of rent that have not been forwarded to me (the owner) despite repeated follow-ups and reassurances. Four times, with four separate dates, they have promised that the money was "on the way" or "would be deposited in the bank." It has been 2.5 months since the last month's rent was collected and they are still retaining the money owed me. However, they have, of course, charged me a management fee for all of their work. Avoid at all costs - unresponsive and fraudulent company that does not provide rent checks to owners.
