Services
Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and verifiable proof of income. You must provide 5 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references.
Once you have found your home, a $35.00 application fee is required on each applicant to process your application. If there is an application submitted prior to your application, your application will NOT be processed until the previously application has been completely processed. If the application in front of you qualifies and is approved, this applicant will be notified and must produce all monies and sign all docs within 24 hrs of approval. Should this previous applicant before yours, fails to perform properly, then your application shall be processed.

I would like to express that Team over at Vista is very good! They are willing to help the tenants in the best way possible! They have various of properties that they manage so I can only image the work that goes into day by day a but they still keep it professional. But like to shout out Rebecca she's the best! Not a good experience alot of uncaring neighbors who disrespect me and stalk me.they play music loud, the maintenance man enters into residents apts without notice.the neighbors accuse me of doing and saying things I don't and told the office I did something that never happened.all my things were gone through and the landlord is taking advantage of me.

I was asked by Google to give a review and I honestly don't know what to say yet. When I went up there with high hopes they made me feel like they were going to make sure they were going to get me In a 3bedroom 2 bath home asap only reason for Two baths is I'm sick stage 2 pancreatic cancer I need a bath close to my bed and I am stuck in this time period and I'm currently homeless so the quickly was really an urgency it's been three weeks since I paid my application fee and.ive yet to hear back about anything.
I mean all I gave was one must have and they put me 4th in line for a home I'm positive nobody had their apps in prior to.me i mean it's been a month I literally have three weeks to find me and.my.family a home. I'm sick two dogs two kids in an extended stay? I even had homeless Coalition call to pay them some money nobody has contacted them back. I mean. idk I'm good with giving everyone the benefit of the doubt, imma woman of faith and Christ. I believe in you guys!

Part of being a good steward of a property you're entrusted and paid to manage, is being a good neighbor to the people around the property. Vista is trash in this regard. The house located at 3817 Klondike Lane has signage that lets everyone know it's vacant, and while that's not totally horrible in and of itself, it does make the property a target for things that aren't safe. Ensuring the exterior is well-lit is one easy way to deter people who could seek to break-in that house, and those around it.
I've contacted Vista at least three times to ask that at bare minimum, they turn on the lights on the exterior of the home. I've received no response and the house remains dark. The house -- located in an area where home invasions are high. The request is more than reasonable and in fact, the owner of the house would certainly appreciate knowing that his investment is being protected in such a simple way. Do better, Vista.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would not have given ANY stars! They lack professionalism and common courtesy. They do not return calls. They are quick to demand their money but take longer than 60 days to get yours back to you. They don't follow through on maintenance calls and dont offer realistic online payment options, they also dont have ANY grace period. Im thankful that i was able to purchase my home and i will be done with them for good once i get my security deposit back from AUGUST. Vista is by far THE worst company you could rent from! Dont waste your time, energy, or money with this company. They dont care about you as a resident, they just want their money. Im going to have to get my attorney involved to get my money thats due back to me.

I love Vista Properties! I've rented from multiple leasing companies in the past and Vista keeps me coming back. The office staff is very kind and always willing to resolve issues quickly. They are able to hear my needs and find the right property. I've leased at least four properties with them over many years. I always recommend them to my close family and friends. They have made me feel like a part of their family over the years, and I'm very grateful for that! Recommend 10/10!
