I wish I could give negative. Horrible company to deal with. If you want to sell or lease out your property, they might do a decent job. but if you are looking to lease something stay away from anything that is managed by this company. They will do anything in their power to make your stay miserable and will bombard you with surprise charges periodically.

If you still want to be at the property that is managed by them, oh geez, get a GOOD lawyer who will negotiate and get the terms you need without settling on anything. Think not 1-2 years, but rather 5-10 year ahead of what you might want to do, even if it's just a silly thought, and get it on the paper. If not, you get screwed with the very first opportunity. I'm counting days until I don't have to deal with this nightmare anymore.
