From the minute I walked in I felt comfortable the gentleman we have with is the best of the best. He's very very knowledgeable.and he can be so great personality that mixes well. The complex is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Parking is good and q was every helpful. Thank you. We are looking forward too moving here the lakes, pool, tennis courts are look wonderful.

Love my lake. thanks you q for being so great at your job the manager is wonderful he makes sure to get issues solved quickly.the staff over all rates a a+. Come to waterfront and live like kings and queens know if the staff really cares.

Response to maintenance requirement was prompt-less than 24-hours. The replacement of the light switch was an easy fix. On the second item, addressing the poor output of the kitchen sink sprayer, remains an issue in spite of changing out the nozzle and line. Apparently, as advised by maintenance staff, the faucet may need replacing. It would have been accomplished except that there are none in stock. I haven't decided yet if I want to pursue this by requesting that such a faucet be ordered.

I will say this is one of the best apartments I've lived in. The maintenance team was really on top of things and was never bothered by neighbors. office staff was very nice as well. never had issues with roaches or spiders considering we were very close to the water. lived there for two years and had very minimal issues. when we moved out, we were able to transfer our lease to a friend of ours and the process was quite smooth. would recommend to anyone that is looking to move here! for reference, we were in a one bedroom on the third floor.

Just want to give a special thanks to the maintenance tech-Michael. Hands down, he has handled my maintenance issues perfectly from start to finish. Michael is professional, respectful of your home, diligent in finding what ever issue you have and ensuring that it is fixed correctly, instead of putting a "bandaid" on things and hoping it doesn't break again. Michael comes prepared, looks ahead, and sees the big picture.

He was in constant communication with me and made sure I was aware of every step. I am so impressed by him personally as well as his work. He is such an asset to Waterfront. I am a service manager and have been in the property management industry for 10 years now. It's tough, and you don't find maintenance techs like Michael everyday. So thankful he is here!

I also need to give kudos to Katie. Katie took note of my maintenance issues that had been on going and not handled correctly in the past. She made sure to come to my home, see the situation herself, and put in place the right people for the job. I am so appreciative of this! I've been communicated with, I formed of all steps being taken, and am very pleased. I absolutely LOVE my apartment and the property. Knowing now that these 2 are here to handle any other issues that may arise, I am thrilled!

When I moved in, we didn't have a washer and dryer as promised. I was told they didn't have any available and a new set had been ordered. When the "new set" arrived, it was obviously not new, the dryer didn't dry my clothes, I had to run it 3 times. Maintenance came and cleaned out the vents and said it was fixed. Dryer still wouldn't dry my clothes, so I purchased a new set and had the complex remove theirs.

My last few months here, I had roaches. I had the exterminator out, but that didn't help. No major issues, loved having the pool all summer, loved the view of the lake outside my balcony door. Overall, I've enjoyed living here.

I moved here about two weeks ago and love it so far. I was specifically helped by Maliqua. She made me feel welcome and gave a great tour that ultimately convinced me to sign the lease. Lots of amenities! The walls are thick, I don't hear anyone in their apartment. No bug issues and there's always parking. It's a great place to live.

Didn't like it at first. I'm 72 and not very digital or computer literate and to get set up everything needed to be done online. I also got frustrated walking up Three flights of steps to my apartment. Three months later, I am FINALLY getting a different perspective, and even the staff seems friendlier delivering great Customer Service whenever needed.

The last maintenance man that came was especially helpful getting the many cable issues straightened out. He also promptly solved issues with my mailbox. I do not know his name, and I wish I did! Kudos to him.

I love Waterfront Apartments. I have been here since 2007. The staff is so nice and they really, really care about the tenants and take pride in grounds. There is always something fun going on, food trucks, contests, etc. We are conveniently located just minutes from shopping, great restaurants and ocean front. This isn't just a place where I live, this is my home!

I moved in about 4 weeks ago and I have not had a any problems with my apartment. Caleb was very helpful and he was able to get me approved on the same day I applied. Moving in was easy and the local area is nice. No bug problems. Apartment is in good shape. Have not had any noise problems. Its nice and comfortable. 5 stars.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPLEX 0 STARS IM TIRED OF THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE TEAM! So ontop of internet outages that happen at least 3x a month my dryer was dangerously overheating to the point it was hot to the touch and smelt like something was BURNING it took over 3 days to get any type of response and the responses i got were so vague i got " its in our queue as pending" with no reason why its pending then they gave us a replacement dryer that is so old it has wood paneling from a vacant unit and wont give us our old dryer back so the aesthetic of the apartment is awful NOW WE HAVE A POWER OUTAGE were everything electrical is popping and flickering turning on and off so bad the fire trucks came in i counted 6 and STILL NO ONE FROM THE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE TEAM EMERGENCY MAINTENCE AGAIN EMERGENCY HAVENT HEARD A THING FROM THEM thank you virginia beach fire department cause this complex is just unbelievably awful!

I was browsing online and seen that these apartments had openings on December 13th, 2021 and I was in such a hurry to move in. This was a great experience for my first apartment, I had a great tour of many choices to choose from based off of space, price, and availability. The apartment I chose had newly renovated appliances, and carpet! I love my home I can't wait to decorate.

Not to mention they moved me in the same day I applied and got approved on! I couldn't believe the joy! I'm so glad I choose this area to live in, neighbors are quiet, the neighborhood is huge with 2 dog parks, a tennis court, a volleyball court, a clubhouse with a fitness room, a pool, a grill pit and also a Amazon locker for your own personal packages! This had definitely made my Christmas and New Years complete! I highly recommend!

Im a new resident here and I have to say the process was extremely easy and efficient. Caleb helped me through the whole proccess by giving the best professional advice and caring for my family's need. I really love the area and how close everything is to me. Highly recommend Waterfront Apartments.

You can find better. The ducks on the property get better treatment than the tenants do. We had a leak that I asked to be fixed, and it took them several MONTHS to get it handled. And it still isn't fixed. After several attempts to get them to repair it, water kept coming in after every time it rained, which is a lot. So not only did the water damage in the walls grow and grow, MOLD started to grow.

Which now we have a section of our apartment closed off with plastic walls. There is also a drain from the attic from the moisture up there, draining into our kitchen sink. It is a horrendous situation that should have been avoided. And they do not seem to care how much this is affecting, and inconveniencing my family. Again, you can find better.

These are the worst apartments in Virginia Beach. If I could give them -1000 I would. These pictures are different times were my apartment flooded multiple times. The staff is the worst ever and don't take your complaints serious. I have a lot to say but I will keep that for civil court. For my military people please stay far away and I will let military housing know to put this property on a off limit living area. Thanks but no thanks.

Say what you want about the apartments, but Caleb was a big help during the process. He was 100% committed and I saw the effort he was putting in for me. I talked to various apartments before Waterfront and Caleb was honest and that's important to me. I know for a fact that Caleb, and I'm sure the rest of the staff, will be there for me going forward.

I am so relieved to be moving out of this place. I received a notice on my door to give 30 days notice to vacate, which I did. After doing so, I was told that the notice was wrong and I should have provided 60 days. This resulted in staying an additional month past my lease at an increased cost. When taking the notice to them in person, I was told there was nothing that they could do. Overall, The last few months at this resident have been absolutely horrible.

During an overhaul of sprinklers and other piping, we went without AC for a month, while temperatures reached the 90's. I did receive an AC unit that cooled one room, but wasn't enough for my kids and me. As a member of the military, I feel that I am being taken advantage of. I followed directions that were given and am at fault for not questioning more.

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, have contacted corporate, and am letting my chain of command know, so that they are aware. Do not recommend. The best thing about this place was the maintenance. 5 stars to them.

I repeat I repeat worst location I've ever worked for I think the company as a whole is pretty good but it's a lot of stuff that needs to be exposed at the higher ups that don't know about. I was top in my class with honors I'm a very fast paced learner I was hired with a paradise stream. I was told that it will be training provided and no experience.

Well that was a lie it was only two people they're really training me and one manager they just got hired recently they show me a lot of stuff and made sure I was comfortable of doing things on They want to talk about performance I can say a lot that's why I guess they fired me before people higher than them questioning me of certain things. I highly recommend no wind and maintenance to really work here unless Ray becomes the main supervisor
