I am the president and owner of WCW Property Management. I started WCW when I was nineteen years old, back in 1991. Since then we have professionally managed properties in many cities in three states and helped thousands of tenants find quality homes to live in. When I started I was responsible for everything, from doing the maintenance, the sales and leasing, the accounting, inspections, the marketing, etc.
The main positions we employ are in accounting/bookkeeping, leasing agents, marketing, and administrative. We are also always looking for excellent 3rd party vendors that specialize in handyman repairs, cleaning, etc. (You must be licensed and insured in your respective field and have references). Our friends at Performance Realty are always looking to take on and train new Realtors too!
We can recommend company approved, reasonably priced, professional repair/ maintenance/cleaning services. We will keep your hassle to an absolute minimum - our goal is for you to never have to see or speak to your tenants! Your only involvement will be to receive your monthly rent! All problem calls will be directed to us 24/7!. We've secured lower than market prices on everything for your investment from our Professional vendors!.
We can find properties that meet your exact search criteria, thus eliminating much guess work and wasted time. We will pre-approve you and tell you what you can afford We'll tell you of certain pitfalls to avoid when buying investment properties. We will manage your investment properties to free up your valuable, productive time for you to research and purchase other investments, work another job, or to spend that necessary time with family.

Bill and his crew are awesome. We purchased a rental property through them and they are also managing the property since we are from out of state. WCW is the best in the property management business. As a retired military member, my wife and I have owned rental properties in four different states, all with different property management companies, and no other company comes close to WCW in professionalism and customer focus. Recently I helped a family member place a property with them. Bill really listened to what was going on and how we felt. We called or talked to other management companies before WCW but they were by far the best with their responsiveness and customer service. The others were, we will send you an email or here's the boss's card (he was in the other room) have your family call him. WCW was talking to a real person that listened, understood what we were going through, how we were feeling and helped put us at ease about the decisions we had made and were making. 110 percent recommended for any person or family that has been struggling with their rentals.

WCW is the best in the business. Their response/resolution to every issue is immediate and effective. For the last five years, WCW has relieved the anxiety of living in Denver with a rental home in Topeka. After working with two other management companies, I am consistently amazed at how quickly this group is able to find, screen, and place excellent tenants.
When the AC went out, Bill and his team connected the dots to submit bids and replace the unit immediately for the tenants, and at a reasonable price for me. The same quality of care is applied to a clogged drain. Am ever grateful to Bill and his exemplary staff.
