I want to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about our family and what makes our companies so special. In 1972, my grandfather, T.M. Chang, moved our family to America and embarked on a journey that began with the purchase of Westlake Shopping Center in Daly City, California. This single purchase laid the groundwork for the growth of the Westlake family of companies.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value What a terrible company. Our family had terrible encounters with these dishonest people. Ridiculous waste of time. When a leasing agent listens to your story and then doesn't get back you, red flag, then chat to a rando coworker who contradicts her 100%. Avoid these people. Avoid.

Landlord forces San Jose seniors out, now 81 need new homes San Jose assisted living facility to shut down after landlord won't renew lease. "It seemed so cold - it's upsetting, " he said. "They're not just pieces of furniture. They're real people. And they're elderly and they're vulnerable." "And at Christmastime."

I transferred from one office to another at Quail court's office complex in Walnut Creek, managed by Westlake Realty. It took me literally 9 months to find out about the disposition of my security deposit, only receiving it after 9 months of complaints and requests. I eventually received answers after threatening legal action. This is a terribly managed complex, and no one should rent here.

It's as if the people working here don't have parents or grandparents. Shame on them for this despicable treatment of seniors.

Will Chang is an evil man doing this to these seniors and dementia stricken patients especially at the holidays.
