IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK AT ALL THEY ARE RUDE AND YOU WILL GET CHARGED LATE FEES FOR NO REASON. HORRIBLE CROOKED HOA. I own a house and with this "property management company" left numerous voicemails and called the emergency line and the lady was so rude she said its sunday you can call tomorrow and hung up.

These people charge a 34 convenience fee you cannot avoid and no one will contact me in order to get another way to pay my bill without a $34 convenience fee. They DO NOT answer or care about anything besides your money. no wonder their review is a 1

They will intentionally turn off your auto pay to collect extra fines. Expect them to change prices without notification. Their fees are so exorbitant and cruel it makes Watts Towing look like the Salvation Army. For the love of all that is holy, do not let your properties be managed by these people.

Horribly management company! Never respond. Never get anything done. Cannot answer the simplest questions! RUN! so happy we will be moving and wash our hands of this business. They should be ashamed. It's very telling with these reviews how terrible and unprofessional this company is. Scammers much?

Slipped and fell today from the ice storm and these guys had zero crews on site for de icing. This was location 64th and ward by 24 hr fitness. Called and got passed around trying to get insurance info. no one called me back. my hand and shoulder are jacked up!

Horrible management company, if they take part in your HOA just be aware things will change for the worse. After 3 different sites over only 1 year to pay for HOA they finally settled on: One time payments only and will have a 10$ processing "convenience fee" - they don't have a option to set up autopay.

Garbage people. Living up to the title "garbage people" they have zero accountability for their actions. My condo complex is managed by Westar. In changing my checking accounts to pay my HOA dues I confirmed with Westar the process and transition. I thought it odd I did not see a transaction on my account history for my monthly HOA, I asked Mike to confirm and his reply was "all set." When the following monthly HOA fee came due I see there is a schedule of two months' worth of charges along with an insufficient fund fee.

After showing Mike the email thread leading me to believe the account was in good standing he does not acknowledge his miscommunication. I ask that the insufficient fund fee be removed and he uses the bank as a scapegoat. The bank would charge me an insufficient fund fee through my checking account, it is not passed through to the merchant to then charge the customer. This is Westar's fee but they will not admit it as such. Toss your reputation on the pyre of inequity over a measly $20. Garbage people.

This company took over for my HOA a couple of months ago. Like the last company it's all about the money. The pools have been closed for most of the summer, I have now had to put in a second request for an ADA railing and still have not heard back from the HOA or the board for that matter. I really want to know where my monthly HOA fees go, because they aren't going to anything that I have requested to be done around the property.

Yes they keep the grounds looking nice, but the bush in front of my house only gets trimmed when I do it and the landscaping company sees me doing that. I have also requested that it be removed several times. "All I get is it's not in the budget". What is in the budget?

Aight. Could use a facelift like adjacent Lloyd King Center received. Ravina park is adjacent with the Sonic but this gets three stars because of the movie theater. That being said most everything in this area could use a pressure wash or sign replacement but that's just sun damage and time you're viewing. Call it culture! Popeyes that you know and love?

The drive through slants a bit so watch your car door. Shell Gas with a car wash and the usual snacks inside. The Gym is super new. Maybe three or four months old now. Haven't heard a lot apart from social media but they give you a lot of freedom. The Perfect Teeth dentist office has remained closed since Covid. The massage place I have never really seen open so I can't comment. Domino's does the pizza.

Fairly quick abs correct service here like any other food spots. Fascinations has everything from candles, to dildos, to lingerie, gifts, lotions, and videos. They also offer work out clothing it looks like so a bit of everything. Haven't eaten at the Tamale spot but it's held on strong since I've lived in the area. Elvis Cinemas shows second and third run films.

They have confessions and a small arcade inside. Tickets are $1-4 so a steal. They've been closed since Covid but with movies back I hope they reopen soon! The Madrid Lounge is the bar. It's changed hands a number of times but seems to be holding strong with the current owners. Full barn and some small bites. Ace is a big draw to the area.

Helpful employees abs they know everything for home projects. Not a Lowe's or Home Depot obviously but we'll worth stopping in. They also have mailboxes outside so that's handy for errand running.

I did not vote for this Mgmt Co to manage our property. It is the worst property company in the Denver metro area. In their contract the manager is to walk the property once a week. Since they have managed for 6 years now, there has only been two times the property has been throughly walked if that. The only way they do business is if someone complains and now that doesn't work.

No overseeing of contractors, doesn't care about the aesthetics of a property. Mine has become a dump, weeds growing, grass sparse, parking is non-existent, rules can be broken. If you want a management company to care about the needs of the property, the requests of the owners, the best companies to do a good job, do NOT hire Weststar Management Corporation. They have their hands busy giving inadequate service to too many communities to effectively manage any well.

The biggest mistake I have ever made was not reading the reviews of an HOA before spending 40k on a property that a terrible company was going to make me miserable at. This company absolutely sucks and deserves negative stars. DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE THAT THESE MORONS MANAGE. Hopefully you're smarter than I am and read the reviews before you buy.

They've installed the cheapest, worst blue light LEDs in an alleyway on ALL the garages. I could no longer sleep at night and ended up purchasing blackout curtains. These lights are so bright I can read a book in my room with the lights off. I have inquired on several occasions through "Contact" on their website about the decision to install these, but have had no reply whatsoever. I am extremely frustrated at this point.
