Commercial leases are increasingly complicated to administer. Failure to properly bill operating expenses and rents impact not only cash flow, but property value and can expose ownership to legal ramifications. At WREM, we provide a menu of services for our clients to meet their individual needs. Our ability to perform any of these services is not limited to the abilities of our immediate staff, but include professionally licensed general contractors, architects and marketing experts who work with us on a regular basis.
We recommend that our leasing services be used for properties following the initial lease-up period. We then work with the outside brokerage community as needed for filling vacancies, staying in close communication with the owner for lease negotiations. We prepare the leases to ensure that all administrative items are properly covered.

I have been in business for almost 21 years. I met Audrey Williams and her team of professionals back in 2010. Williams Real Estate Management was the company who oversaw and took care of the property my business was a part of. Their business operations and client care is second to none. The center never looked better, was always maintained, and communication between the tenants and management was always clear and concise.
Each week their presence was noticed and things were always accomplished. Services were routinely performed which made our lives easier and kept our businesses looking good.
