The reason I gave The review 2 stars because I have lived in The Moors for 5 years and from the first week I have lived here I have complained my stove the burners are crooked or bent yes maintenance have come and bend them to go in the insert but what happens when I have to clean them I have had Molly Maid and a private cleaning company to help clean the stove I have try to clean it its still clean I don't cook because of the fire hazard with the pots sliding off.

Every season I don't have heat or air maintenance always have to get a part Last Thursday May19 and Friday May 20th Maintenance worked on the air but still not cold/comfortable it was cool over the weekend but it get hot soon but I am glad to know they worked on it longer than 2hours. One year Bryant got it working but of course he no longer work for T & R Properties.

We get emails telling us the windows should have blinds no curtains or sheets at the windows no clothes on the rail on the patio. The grounds are dirty trash all over the place.

It has been 21 days and my AC has yet to be fixed. Other repairs needed and I get promises but no delivery.

I would rather get a root canal at the DMV than deal with T&R Properties. It's truly amazing they are actually in business

Highly would not suggest renting here first off if you have an issue that requires you to need to speak to a manager it is next to impossible and you'll get strung along trying. the building we live in has leaked from its foundation for the better part of 8 months and the only thing done to correct the issue was cleaning the carpets. For $1000 a month there are far better options keep searching.

All of the above! We have lived here for two years and could not be happier! The staff are very helpful. The property is beautiful! We love our apartment.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality They force people to sign paperwork to remove negative reviews. Beware of a company that doesn't want honest reviews and instead hides their dirty laundry from the public.

I like living here & haven't had any problems since I have moved in. The attention to detail was lacking across the board initially but it seems there are more resources (& employees) available for details to be taken care of more consistently - just little things like landscaping, clean hallways, amenities, etc. The only thing that's a bit of a bummer is that the pool is shared between the entire neighborhood (including the townhomes & single family homes). Overall, enjoy living here & would recommend The Flats at Summit Station.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This business is so shady, they have a "non-disparagement" clause in their rental lease. They will literally steal your money for informing the public of their predatory and scummy business practices.

Critical: Professionalism Very shady company that requires you to sign an NDA in order to release your security deposit. I was looking at the Summit Station apartments but after this discovery I'll go with a more reputable property management company. Renters beware!

I would not recommend that you do business with these company. Very poor facility for the price Does not seem to care about residents being happy

I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling for months. No one could find where the leak was coming from. Well we have a new maintenance man Jay and he found the leak right away. He is in the process of repairing the ceiling. I have been at Hidden Ridge for 5 years. I have never had any problems. I asked since you were repainting the bathroom and hallway if they would paint the Livingroom area for me and they have agreed. I am very pleased with the staff Abby has been wonderful and Jay in the maintenance department fixed the problem right away.

The Multi Family can be very challenging. It's not often you find a company that has a "no frills" process towards getting "things" done. T&R is that and a little more. I highly recommend this company.

This is the worst place I have ever lived! I cannot wait to move out when my lease is up. I would not recommend this community to my worst enemy. The management and maintenance is horrible! My walls were not painted before I moved in, which is illegal. I had multi holes in my walls that were barely repaired I had to hang pictures over them they were so bad.

They do no landscaping or snow removal amongst many other things they DON'T do. What they will do, is fix things and then charge you for THEIR maintenance cost when it was THEIR fault. For example, my ceiling caved in due to the flooring people which Creekside hired to replace my floor. They MOVED my washer and did not tighten the hot/cold valves when they moved it back which caused my ceiling to cave in on my second floor.

My leasing manager and maintenance guy both lied to me and said my brand new $800 washer, less than 1 1/2 years old, rusted out and leaked and that was why my ceiling caved in! WRONG! Then they both proceeded to tell me that they repaired my washer for me without my consent to help me out. Which is illegal as well (they cannot touch a tenants property)!

It took them over 2 weeks to repair my ceiling the hole was about 4 feet by 3 feet wide. And they tried to charge me for the repairs! They both lied again when I asked them to show me the part that rusted out and said they couldn't provide this part to me. Maybe because it didn't exist! When I looked at the back of my washer I noticed the clamp they said they replaced, had never been touched because there was an inch of dust on it from when it was originally installed! So if you would like to be lied to and have things turned around on you so they don't have to pay for the damage they do! Then move on in! This place is a joke!
