WPPM has been managing our properties for over ten years. They are responsive to our requests, manage tenants and their needs thoughtfully and professionally, and have a reasonable fee. Jackie has spearheaded responses to most of the needs, including dealing with water damage and mold in both of our properties. My wife and I wanted to enjoy the returns of real estate, but did not want to manage the leasing, collecting, repairs, turnovers etc. WPPM does this really well. We feel very fortunate to have found Jackie and WPPM.

I have specifically worked with one of the owners, Jackie, over the last 16+ years and I highly recommend them. They have managed my property so well over the last almost 2 decades and have done an excellent job!
They work directly with my tenant and HOA/home warranty company to get any issues fixed. Documentation is always available for me on their portal for me to review whenever needed. I can't say enough good things about WPPM! I started working with them to rent out my condo about 5 years ago and it has been one of the best business relationships I've ever had. They are professional, VERY responsive, reasonably priced, and overall top notch. Their communication is exceptional from calls to providing necessary documentation to requests for additional documentation.
My only regret is that I'm selling the condo and can't work with them anymore. But I will continue to refer people to them and they will be my first and only call if I ever have a property in need of management again. Thank you WPPM!

Jackie in WPPM has been my property manager for many years, and she is the one and only property manager I would recommend to everyone. I am thousands of miles away from my property, and her extra help in maintaining the property, finding the best tenant and responding to immediate repair requests is far beyond my expectation. Being out-of-state landlords we knew we needed to rely on a very good property manager. After careful research, we selected Windsor Properties to manage our rental home in Danville. Jackie and her husband Tony are the best for property management. I have not found someone just as great in the past 10 years. I wish I had found her earlier! I will definitely continue to work with this company in the future. She is very thorough and responsive in finding the best tenant for you.
