Wolf & Kline strives to provide the highest level of service to our tenants. If you have a maintenance issue in your home, we want to know about it as soon as possible. You can also explore our Repair Checklist to see if your problem can be solved without a maintenance visit/fee. Please explain in detail the problem you're having (also include types of appliances, water heaters, or heating/cooling units). A vendor will be sent to the property as soon as possible and use a key to enter if no one answers the door when they arrive.

Wolf and Kline has always been prompt in their response to my needs. Their maintenance staff are professional and thorough. My dryer recently broke down and they sent someone to assess the problem within 24 hours. The determination was made of my needs and it was taken care of within 3 business days. I feel confident my maintenance needs will be met as one of their tenents.

Were they nice? Yes. However, they offer no flexibility on credit or income requirements. They refuse to let me apply for anything over $1000 even though I pay more than that where I currently live. You can't find anything for under $1000 in the current economy. Stick to private landlords people.

As a landlord, I love working with Wolf & Kline. We were new at the landlord market and we opened up our property at the height of the pandemic. Very interesting experience that W&K made a smooth process. Here's why I like working with them. First, it's great to get a human as soon as I call. Second, they do a great job screening tenants but are responsive to landlord input. Third, when things need to be done at the property they've been able to get someone out there right away or at least initiate a plan. As I grow my investment property portfolio, I intend to continue to use them. Their fees are reasonable and staff are knowledgeable.

Wolf & Kline is by far the worst company I've ever rented from. The places at meadow creek estates are awful. The walls are paper thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors using the bathroom. It's awful. This has been the most miserable experience. Things we were told would be fixed before we moved in weren't fixed. The dishwasher was disgusting and clogged.

They hadn't cleaned the apartment - there was an inch of grime on the tile floor we were told would be replaced. It's all scratched up and definitely was not replaced! The dishwasher previously leaked prior to our move in and they didn't replace the water damaged cabinets near by. The heat pump is old and inefficient. The windows are paper thin and our apartment was freezing all winter.

The washer and dryer are old and rusty. I spent the first three months living here unable to sleep through the night because our upstairs neighbors were constantly partying and carrying on despite complaints and calling the cops. They were finally kicked out after months of back and forth and complaining! I cannot wait to move out of here and never have to deal with Wolf & Kline again. 4/25/22 Update - The cookie cutter response I received does absolutely nothing to resolve my issues. Receiving a non move in ready, filthy, overpriced apartment with non background cleared neighbors living above me was not what I anticipated from such a large company.

I drove up to my house and found my driveway blocked by one of two Wolfe and Kline vans and equipment cluttering my lawn. They were working on my neighbors house, not mine. The guys moved the van and picked up the tools after I asked them too and said they apologized, which is always easier that doing the right thing in the first place. When I asked the older guy why he thought bit was ok to use my property, he said it was easier.

I got the name of his boss and called her. Michelle gave me more of the same "I'm sorry, but what can I do about it" stuff. Maybe train your employees better? Then I called the property owner and left a message for him suggesting he call his property manager or maybe get a new one. Courtesy and professionalism seem to be dead. If I ever need a property management company, I'll look elsewhere.

I put in a work order and 2 days later Bill was here. Fixed bathroom sink, put new batteries in smoke detectors, fixed water pressure at kitchen sink YAY! Fixed dryer vent. He is awesome and I am very pleased with the service. Explained everything! And such a personable man. Thank you

The maintenance technician arrived promptly and did a good job with our issue. He listen very intently about our concerns and even gave advice so we wouldn't have any more issues. We are very happy with Wolf & Kline.

Wolf & Kline has been nothing short of great in helping us find our apt! From the application process with Abigail (they don't ask anything more than other property management places), to Jinnie - our Showing Agent, to Brittany! The technician was very professional and knowledgeable of the heating system. Don't lose this company. They are excellent. Still waiting to hear about a window in the master bedroom that will not close completely.

Just moved in and so far have been super please with the entire team, they helped find my wife and two boys and I a beautiful little home. Excited to have them be our property managers! From Texas so the whole north style of homes and basements is super foreign to us, love that Wolf & Kline takes good care of us.

We rented a duplex from Wolf & Kline. The roof leaked the entire time we lived there, so badly at one point that we couldn't shut the front door. They finally sent out someone after five days of leaving our front door unlocked and open. Nothing was done on the inside of the house to repair the rain damage, therefore mold grew behind the wall panels and made them bow outward, upstairs and down.

No care was given. They refused to take care of the trees on the property which were overgrown and slamming into the house in the wind, stating that they "had a note" that all outside care was our responsibility. The windows couldn't be used, because once opened, they were unable to be shut again. There were holes in the walls and we got mice in the house every winter.

There were also holes in the stove and in the sink. We paid nearly a grand a month for those conditions. After we moved out, we saw the new listing price was 200 more a month than what we paid. Someone is going to be very unhappy. Use extreme caution when getting into a contract with Wolf & Kline.

Recently we had an issue with our washer and your response as always in any maintenance matter was quickly taken care of. Bill your maintenance person is great. We also had an issue with the heater and someone from Weaver's took care of the issue quickly. Your maintenance is excellent. We have been long time residence of Meadow Creek Apartments. I had a plumbing issue, bear in mind I moved in 3 years ago to a brand new townhome. The team at W&K responded quickly to my maintenance request. It was scheduled and repaired with ease. In fact, the repair technician checked more than what I submitted and found another issue, which I was unaware of, and will now be repaired. Peace of mind and very well done maintenance at W&K! I recently started renting a townhouse from Wolf & Kline. While the process was insanely confusing and stressful, I'm (so far) glad it worked out. I hope anyone looking into using Wolf & Kline knows it is not first come first serve. That wasn't clear to us when we initially started looking, and giving a deposit right away does not help at all and will make it harder if you are looking with more than one company.

If you do get denied, you will not be given a reason why. I don't think we were discriminated against at all when denied, but I don't know how they can prove they aren't discriminating against anyone with out any more information or documentation. When I asked about this, I feel like I was given the run around. After many showings and a denial, it was said to me by an agent that they've seen people with great credit get 7-8 denials, which was really hard to hear, so just be prepared. We did get approved shortly after this, which was great. So if you can handle stress and aren't in a hurry to move, this would be great for you.

Recently our rental home needed a few items fixed from maintenance to electrical. The responsiveness of Wolf and Kline's team was awesome! We heard back within 1-2 business days and they had someone over promptly to identify and resolve the issue. Jesus was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful when working with us - and he even kept in touch frequently so we knew what to expect. Overall our experience was great from start to finish - thank you Wolf and Kline!

Trying to find a property to rent is quite tricky from Wolf & Kline. Where I rented in North Carolina, It was a much easier process. My application was approved. I found a place that I liked, they asked for a deposit, and I got the home. I guess it's just different everywhere. I have heard some good and bad things. If you find a place you want to rent, you have to wait and see if the landlord wants you to rent from them. It's good to find more than one place. You don't want to keep your hopes up on one property.
