Atlantic Property Management LLP, established in 1995, managing 20+ multi-units buildings in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area, while IndeBleu Properties, a five-year-old company, utilizes technology to enhance various property management processes such as leasing, rent collection and disbursement of rent.
According to Atlantic’s sale and marketing manager, Mr. Hylton, the merger will provide clients with a one-stop shop for property management services in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. The merger is effective January 1, 2010. The new company will be called IndeBleu Properties LLC. It will operate out of new premises at St. Michaels Square Apartments at 10 S Wolfe Street, Suite 100. Employees at both businesses will be retained.
