 Had my property with them for 13 years, the first 10 were fine but recent changes and constant turnover have made them unusable. Poor record keeping, lack of follow through and outright lies make it so I would not trust them. They will also nickel and dime for all kinds of costs. As a disabled person on a fixed income I was horrified when this management company took over the running of our building and promptly started increasing the rent on my unit, so that it was out of my price range.
