I have been a tenant with Modern Property Management, for sometime now. And over all, they are a fantastic company. The property is usually well maintained, and in above average condition. Especially for the price range/location. Kathy Baesler, my property manager, in particular, has been amazing to work with. She goes above and beyond to help tenants with issues they are facing, and will work with you to ensure your tenancy is smooth. Very rare in my experience. Overall, my time at their property has been wonderful. If you need a place to live, consider this company. Happy thoughts!

I just want to say these are the property owners in the world of all my years living on my own modern properties have been the best they really do care about their tenants I had gotten real sick didn't know if I was gonna make it a few times I gotten behind just a few months in rent but my landlord Kathy Bessler pulled me out of a rut she was there for me when I thought all else was over and I work for Mr. Nathaniel he has been the best employer I have ever worked for and Kimberly the young lady everytime I am outside at my apartment she stops to conversation a very sweet young lady everyone in that office is very kind and they do care and understand about our wants and needs they not just landlords or owners of the property they are like family when you get to know them there no other place I would like to be living at then where I am right now

The staff has been good me and mother who has been some struggling through her retirement. And hasn't received her retirement payments yet. And Kathy has been patient and helped me and mom get approved for assistance. Not a lot landlords will do this. She basically helped my mom when I couldn't. Great people.
