The SMG Team is comprised of educated professionals, with services based on best practices in the community associations industry. As the industry leader, SMG became the first management company in the State of Missouri to earn the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI) in 2000.We are an active member of the CAI Heartland Chapter, where our dedicated Team Members, as well as many of our Board Members, regularly attend educational and professional development classes and seminars.

The Smith Management Group, An Associa Company, is the oldest and one of the most highly respected community association management firms in St. Louis. Established in 1958, SMG secured our first condominium association management contract in 1973, when condominiums first became popular in St. Louis.
