The Simms Building

Located in downtown Albuquerque, the Simms Building is as unique as it is iconic. As the city's only mid-century modern office space, Simms pays homage to Albuquerque's rich history while catering to businesses with an eye for style and attitude. Built in 1954 in the International style of Modernism, the Simms Building was Albuquerque's first high-rise.
