The total application fee for one adult is $75. $35 of that is for the showing and must be paid first so we can show you the property. You must view the interior with us. Showings will not be the same day, they are scheduled for the following business day. 1 Adult is $75, each additional adult 18 and older that is going to live in the home is $15.
