We were displeased with the games and the runarounds that this company displayed while we were working with them to get a lease. Also rather than explaining the process to us in full, they were rather evasive, and they were ignoring our calls during their supposed "business hours". In my opinion they discriminated against my girlfriend based on her piercings and tattoos. They blamed our last rental agency, RPM, another "wonderful" agency we had the pleasure of working with. Then they turned their nose up at us and wouldnt return our calls or give us a rufund on their overpriced application fee. The sheer ignorance was astounding. Would not recommend this company.

I am a resident of an apartment from this company and if there are any problems, they are there someday to fix and also have an afterhours emergency number to call. They work with you if you have rent issues and best place to use for you home needs.

All the women in the office are always inconvenienced any time you call with an issue in your home. Our swamp cooler poured water for weeks. I had buckets underneath the cooler catching insane amounts of water and the ceiling was bowing in. I was told from Chris that it was from taking too hot of showers lol. Which anyone with common sense knows that's not the issue. It took weeks for someone to actually come out to my home and get it fixed.
Anything that went wrong with the house, I couldn't count on anyone coming out for a long while. They are unreliable. Terrible renting company and I wish my husband and I would have read the reviews before renting from them. A majority of their reviews are one star for a reason. Pleeeeease do not waste your money or time on Premier Properties. Would absolutely give them zero stars if possible.

This place is awful if i could give a zero star she is out to take you for every dime she can! Read all reviews and comments. They have had our property for 1 month and this house shoud be condemned our house is so far gone but she's wanting me to shampp3 carpet thzt is so old and comming apart and replace broken window from when the house was broken into years ago the other landlord never fixed this place is a night mare! Legally i don't know how they get away with this!

Annie was wonderful to help us get into our place. She worked on her day off to get our lease typed up. She knew that we had things on the Uhaul and we needed to get it unloaded. She went way above and beyond to get us taken care of!

I recently rented from Premier Property and I had a really good experience with them. I had received my deposit and I had some disputes with it but Angela and I had talked and came up with a good solution we were both satisfied with.
