We invest in our managers, accounting, and support staff through continuing education and in-house training. Our managers are educated in association management and hold professional designations, including CMCA, AMS, PCAM, ARM & CPM.

Hands of Hope is RCP's Charity Committee comprised of dedicated employees who are committed to serving our local communities as well as our clients! The Committee coordinates and participates in several charitable events throughout the year. Past events include Paddle for Pink in West Windsor, Table to Tablein Newark and Englewood, the Polar Bear Plunge in Seaside Heights, Covenant House Sleep Out, Make a Mom's Day partnering with Risein Hightstown, and many food drives and toy drives to benefit local organizations and families throughout New Jersey.
