All pets/animals will be screened by a third party pet/animal screening tool provided within the application. An increased security deposit of $500/per pet will apply, although actual deposits may vary by property.

My wife and I are owners with PLUS for more than 10 years now! Personnel from the receptionist to the office/property manager to the maintenance supervisor are always friendly and very professional in managing our property and taking care of ours' and our tenant's needs. Any maintenance or repairs are professionally and timely addressed with the owner and tenant always taken into consideration. Further, PLUS carefully screens prospective tenants when our property is vacant.

We have always had responsible and caring families in our home. Our house is rented furnished and has been kept in 'new' condition for the entire time PLUS has managed it. Many thanks to Lawnae and her entire team for taking care of us, our tenants, and our property!

Don't rent from these people! We were charged a fee for not cleaning good enough when moving out (even though I'm an ex-housekeeper and SCRUBBED the place for days). Not the point but when we moved in my dog was running in the back yard and cut his leg open in a piece of glass (aka left over from the previous renters and not cleaned up by them or Plus).

He had to go to the emergency vet to get a tube put in, stitches, and several post op appointments that drained my back account. Wish I could add pictures of the glass and my dogs foot. Not sure why they are charging cleaning fees when the house wasn't clean/ yard not picked up when we moved in.

They are never available during regular business hours. Not in person or by phone! They don't even open until 9:30 anyway. They are very unreliable to be doing business with.

Pretty pleasant people to work with. You have to complete an application for each property you apply for. They are very aware of the inconvenience and I perceive a change in the future. Did not utilize their services. Got an accomodation from where apt manager where I've resided last 7 years. If my circumstances changed, I would contact Plus again.

As a home owner, I find this company to be very fair. The agents work hard to assist owners in finding a good tenant. My wife and I used this management agency and liked their work and pleasant attitude. We found other companies that did not call back, and did not seem interested in our business. I did not feel this from Plus. I was concerned about the quality of the photos that the company uses. I think they need to up their game on this. Without excellent photos, properties do not stand a chance of being rented. I do recommend this company

The tree from our neighbors yard is on our roof. Plus Lack of Property Management was clearly instructed to have all workers provide us a 24 hour notice prior to getting on our roof. Cheryl did not tell the roofers this. I find Cheryl to be very dishonest and unable to communicate in a professional manner. I am still waiting for the tree to be removed from our property. I would stay far away from this dishonest unethical Lack of Management Company

I had the most amazing experience working with Sandra and the Plus Property Management team. They went above and beyond to help our clients get into housing and did not discriminate against them for having a difficult past or barriers in their lives. I am so grateful to have met them and to continue working with them. Our clients feel safe and happy in their apartments and it is all due to the wonderful service that Sandra and her team provided!

Plus Property Management is an excellent property management company. They are friendly and helpful. While the maintenance department is slow to respond, they take many of the issues presented to them seriously. Especially when compared to other companies, Plus cares about its tenants and they office staff are a pleasure to speak with.

See other reviews. Mine is the same. If you plan or have to rent from Plus Property Management, make sure you document every small detail that needs repair before moving in. We thought we had things covered, apparently not well enough. When we moved out they dinged us for things that were wrong the day we moved in. We cleaned the house upon moving in because it was sort of clean.

We cleaned when we moved out, apparently not well enough. We had the carpets cleaned as in the lease agreement, professionally to the tune of $400. Apparently we should have used an approved cleaner. No where in the lease or move out checklist did I find this. They were slow to respond to anything. We waited a month to have blinds repaired. One of them was dragging on the ground when we moved in. When I asked for an accounting of what was deficient from the final inspection. I took from June 1 to a response on June 26. I would not recommend them for anything.

I'm an owner. I used Plus for my Duplex in Bend for about four years. As time went by, things started to go downhill slowly. The promised home inspections waned over time. Other small negatives started to stack up. The final straw was I was told the back slider door was almost inoperable and it needed to be fixed asap. I said o.k., I need three quotes.

No response for three months. Plus emails me that the tenant is upset and the slider needs to be fixed. I say o.k. I need three quotes. I emailed the tenant and found out Plus was blaming me for not o.k.-'ing' the work. I fixed the slider and dumped Plus. The real 'cou de grace' from Plus I get to find out six months after separation.

My Fico credit score got torched by 75 points because they did not pay, nor did they notify me of an electric bill that was being sent to them every month (I called and spent an hour talking to Pacific Power) in my name for almost a year. They just ignored it. The power company did not have my correct info to notify me, finally after about a year my bill was sent to collections and my credit score was permanently damaged. Thanks Plus Property Management!

We have nothing but good things to say about Plus Property Management. What a turn-around from several years ago when we first started with them. They frequently email us with notifications, they take care of maintenance issues on our rental, and helped us find the right renters for the long haul. Jeannette and her team are top notch!

I was pretty nervous about signing a lease at a Plus property after reading reviews on Yelp. But the property was exactly what we were looking for and that's pretty hard to find in Bend these days. So we went ahead and rented the property and I have to say Plus Property Management in Bend has given us nothing but stellar support and service. They were totally responsive during the application phase and they have very reasonable policies and procedures.

We have been a tenant in the property for about 4 months now. We had the garbage disposal start leaking AND a couple of other maintenance issues and Plus Mgmt has been totally responsive and fixed the issues quickly. They provide an easy to use web based portal that you can use to log maintenance requests and so far we've gotten responses from them in a day or two, and they've sent professionals out to fix the problems the next day. So far I'd say don't believe all the bad reviews. if you've got good credit and rental history at least they've been totally awesome to work with

I had the pleasure of working with Plus Property Management in renting a duplex in Bend. The team at the Bend office were very helpful and friendly. They worked very quickly to secure the rental for me including the immediate showing of the property. Thank you Tori for dropping everything to show the place and your work in processing the applications.

I especially enjoyed the opportunity to meet Lawnae, the owner of Plus Property Management. She was very engaging and understanding of my situation. Lawnae was instrumental in the handling of my rental process and left a lasting impression of being a caring and warm person. Please pay attention to these reviews and do not rent from this company! Do not rent from landlords who use this company either! My husband and I have never been late with rent and due to some unfortunate events we will be late paying it. Instead of just serving the eviction notice or even sitting down to work out a plan; they're going to drag us to court where we have to pay the court where they will then consider helping us! This is a nightmare and beyond evil.

Was applying for a house and they had lied to me multiple times, saying they are waiting for my past property managements to get back to them after 2 weeks of waiting I called my old property management groups and they said they've never heard from them. I ended up getting my rental reference for them and they still took their time, went to Velocity property management and signed a lease within 2 weeks.

Sad that this group runs a lot of Bend, property owners should know how bad they treat their tenants or future tenants. Got so bad I called to speak to their office manager and she was friends of the agent helping me out (Gabriel) and had her back no matter what I said. Her own words, "I know gabby very well and she wouldn't do that I worked with her personally on it with her" then a few minutes later "which property are we talking about?" Well I though you worked on it with her so shouldn't you have known. disappointing, you should all be fired. Specially a management who's to much of friends with her employees

Complete flakes, not impressed. For almost a week they went 'radio-silent' after we applied. The people who answer the phone know nothing. Wished we read these reviews sooner. Feel like we missed a bullet.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in any industry. There has been a multitude of issues with them. Please heed the warnings of others and do not rent from these crooks. I thought maybe it was just a couple of bitter renters, but these people are just that bad. 1. I had a broken toilet for a week and their response was "We'll get around to it eventually. It's not an emergency because you have two bathrooms." After a week I just fixed it myself because it was obvious they weren't going to. 2. They've scheduled four inspections within the two an a half months I've lived in the property.

The house is kept clean and orderly. There is no reason for them to harass me like they are. 3. They flat out lie. They were here last week for an inspection. The guy took pictures on an iPhone and then this week they magically need to come back again for another inspection "because the SD card they used for pictures got deleted." Iphones don't even have the ability to save to an SD card.

This is a flat out lie. 4. They try to falsely intimidate you. They sent me a 30 day eviction with cause over an "unpaid" $18 trash bill that I had paid as soon as I had found out about it and before they sent the notice last.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They took $755 of my deposit, excuse being they found "soot" from "smoke or smoking oil?" all over the walls and it would be more expensive to have their lazy cleaning service wipe down a section of a living room wall, if that, and instead hire a painting crew to use expensive "KILT?" paint and paint over this "soot" they claim that is "all over the unit." One, I don't smoke. I'm actually a really hard-core NON-SMOKER - no cigarette, no e-cigarettes, no weed, no drugs or anything.

This complex is a smoke-free complex, which is why I chose to live there in the first place outside of neighbors who would smoke outside the unit and leave cigarette butts all over and I'd have to slam my windows to passive-aggressively remind them to be somewhat considerate on a hot day and I want fresh air. I ran air-purifiers non-stop. I lit candles on occasion - a small tea light candle and some smaller counter tables while eating dinner.

I don't think that would cause soot to the extent they are describing. After cleaning this place to the floor and even using the Magic Eraser sponge to get any scuff marks off. And still the run-around of being charged for paint and repairs. I've asked for a line-item list of charges 'MO repairs and Painting-Pine Marten Const. $755!?!?

Plus $90 of Cleaning?! It was myself in the unit and a working professional female who was very clean. I had a zero walk-through option, since I had to leave town early. This is unheard of to be charged $755 +$90 more dollars for cleaning and painting?! I will be reviewing this with a lawyer.

Plus property management is the worst property management you could choose. My family was displaced and needed a home and stability for my 2 young children and we paid for a lease but were unable to actually enter and dwell in the property, requested certain things be done or cleaned and they did not meet habitability standards. Then Plus property management knowingly chose to impoverish my already struggling family but stealing over $3,000.

I've been renting from plus for 16 days and so far they have done nothing with maitnence, which should have been done prior to me moving in. Additionally the office manager in Redmond is a pathological liar who promises one thing over and over between weekly phone calls that I make; be assured they will not call you back. Worst of all they are claiming no responsibility for the property now because it is in the middle of being sold.

So their plan is to not call me back until their contract has ended with the previous owner. I'm highly doubting the return of my deposit that I just paid two weeks ago. The yard is 2 years overgrown and so unlevel I broke my lawnmower trying to make it look somewhat presentable. I'm a single mom with a 10 month old baby, who they knowingly rented into this horribly uncertain situation; and now can't comply with any kind of customer service.

I say, if your renting anywhere these days, lawyer up, take pictures, and document everything. These scam businesses count on running you dry, and I'm preparing for it now.

Plus property management is the worst they kept 80% of our deposit. That place was move in ready except for one bedroom carpet. They have charged us for bogus damages. The land lord wants to keep as much money as possible to renovate so he can charge rent to the next tenant. And it took 2 1/2 months to get any of the deposit back. The office people can't even get facts back

DON'T RENT FOR THIS PLACE IF YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY! I have NEVER been so disrespected by the staff at Plus Property. I watched the front office ignore customer phone calls. It took over 6 month to get someone to fix the dryer! They kept telling us they are sending someone out, but we kept getting the run around. My husband and I went in to talk to with management because we were FED UP!

The manager tried to blame it on old management instead of listening to our concerns. From the BEGINNING to the END we were lied too! I feel bad for the owners of the properties because this company is giving your home a BAD name! I see why they have the reviews that they do, people aren't lying. Plus Property Management LIES and Steals Your Money! Made up Charges on our deposit. Don't clean your place they will still charge $200 for cleaning PLUS $200 for the carpet they "replaced"-- they only thing you'll get from this company is grief! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
