Your request will be submitted to the maintenance department at Marsh Management and Real Estate on the same day if received during business hours or on the next business day if sent after-hours or on the weekend.
Rental Policies

Each applicant must have evidence that they have a current job and have solid prospects of remaining in that job. Debt-ratio: How much money you owe, your ability to pay back money you borrow and your credit history. Any occupant 18 years or older must complete an application & pay an application fee of $65.00.
