Great employees! The people in the office were always nice and ready to answer questions! They are willing to help you find the right home for you! They have been really helpful and understanding. The guy that does the showings was always on time and very nice! Mandi was the best, she always did everything to help us out with the lease and to pick the right home that we needed! We highly recommend them!

You'll move into an uncleaned place and then get charged $400 cleaning fee at move-out. As well as them keeping your whole security deposit. What's worse is they won't communicate with you whatsoever the only way is through email. They wanted $3000 dollars when we moved out and took $1700 off the bill for paint when we complained how absurd they were charging that much to begin with. We are still dealing with a dispute from last year and communication sucks all they take is email won't even talk over the phone. Don't rent from this scam of a business!

I really appreciate mountain n plains for helping me when I needed it. They are always responsive and are eager to answer questions, no matter how many you may have. I've worked with other property managers in the past, but mountain n plains is by far the best.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Doesn't matter how disgusting the place is when you move in. Will still charge you for all of your security deposit when you move out. Terrible costumer service and lack of respect for all tenants. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Very inefficient communication with their tenants, consistently failing to send or respond to emails/calls/texts when necessary. Will send over maintenance without any confirmation or warning. Front desk employees will blow you off, trying to get rid of your call as soon as possible. Employees and managers (Carol) have even point-blank lied to us, claiming they had attempted to contact us, when we had literally been waiting for communication and received nothing.
We've also had unannounced construction occur in our parking spots, and had our trash cans go missing weeks at a time without any prior notice, etc. MNP generally has a very adversarial relationship with their tenants, assuming the worst and maintaining a distant position of superiority afterwards.
