I have been a member of CHBO for many years. Their approach to helping you find the right tenants is professional, detailed, and selective. It is the exposure on CHBO that attracted upscale, responsible corporate clients. In addition, the rates for different level programs are fair and competitive. Many platforms are less versatile and cost more. I am now a retired landlord. Thank you CHBO for years of being a successful business connection!

After so many searches and being skeptical about the previous companies I took a chance. Well, this was the best decision even made. Jessica who is my agent, (point of contact) is absolutely amazing. From day one she presented herself professionally and worked diligently to help me and walk me thru the steps of this experience. Jessica put in time, dedicating towards the cause.
She made it work for me as a client making sure I was happy and satisfied. She is dynamite. Choosing CHBO was definitely the right choice for me. This 5star review is about the customer service and support. The website is glitchy, so be sure to save constantly and have your writing saved in a second document before pasting. The website will time out even while you are actively writing or navigating. It's expensive so I rolled the dice. Lisa was so nice and patient and helpful with great suggestions

Property 9175 Most amazing landlords ever! This was the most awesome property! I moved across the country. Had three weeks to move after accepting a job. I contact Minelli about corporate housing, completed application and deposit, I moved to her property and it was the most amazing experience to actually walk into this awesome property and setup completely for myself and two sons. She made sure every detail was taken care of.
After renting from them for a year they called me with a new property near an elementary school. We moved there and now in yet another property the last almost 3 years. Have rented from them a total of 6 years now! Once when our A/C went out they called me back immediately and sent us to another property to stay until our A/C was fixed. I have to give a shout out to Minelli and Steve for being the most amazing compassionate and caring landlords with awesome ethics! I would highly recommend them to ANYONE!

I couldn't be happier with CHBO! I worked with Eric to secure furnished housing for my 21-year-old son during a four-month internship in New Orleans. The apartment (in a cool neighborhood) is clean, safe, and well-equipped, with lots of thoughtful touches. The owner couldn't be nicer; in fact, she actually lives in the front half of the duplex, which gave us all a lot of confidence. Eric's advice and guidance were invaluable as we explored options. I've already mentioned CHBO to a few other people and will definitely reach out again should the need arise.

I love CHBO and highly recommend it. I purchased the Platinum plan in the summer of 2019 and was initially a bit skeptical. To my surprise, I was able to rent my house within three weeks, and it has been rented most of the time ever since. The tenants I've had so far have been ideal tenants, took good care of the property, were trustworthy and reliable, and always paid their rent on time. There were no issues or complications.
The customer service at CHBO has also been great. I was a newbie landlord and had lots of questions for my agent, Kirk Holliman. He was always helpful and gave me as much time as needed. Listing my property through CHBO has been a great experience.
