I asked Kelly about bad reviews - as usual you only see one side unless you ask. Tenants are told they are responsible for changing a/c filter, can't make changes to home unless asked if owner will approve and house are cleaned before tenants move in and they are asked to fill out a move in sheet on any condition that might have been over looked by cleaning company. One tenant ruined kitchen counter's and didn't clean when he moved out.those repairs were taken from his security deposit when he moved out. Also how does Kelly know you lost your job if you don't call for 6 months and won't answer your phone. - always ask if you want to know the true facts.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!. Kelly W. is very rude! Does not respond to anything. I have never been treated so rude from a "landlord" never have I been late with rent but once this pandemic hit they wanted to evict me the moment I was late for rent because I lost my job due to pandemic! Kelly served no help for any matter.

I am looking for a building and I won't be involved with this place. I am a very good renter. I leave things better than when I leave but when we moved out we removed our phone system and server and accidentally took a small piece that was there. They told us and we immediately returned it. It was a small oversight, we took video of how they left it and how we left it and a new video with their piece back on the wall. They kept our 5,000 dollar deposit. Seriously, we tried and tried and then they dodged us. Never rent from them ever.

They have managed my rental properties for many years, and I am delighted with their professionalism and thoroughness of their tenant screening process. I never have any problems with their property management. I have also bought and sold property through them, and have always been very satisfied with their work and representation of myself throughout the process. They've always made it such a pleasant experience. I never use any other realty company. I've never felt I needed to, since I started using their company exclusively. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! When I took possession of my rented home in Harlingen managed by them I listed a number of problems with the house including stained carpet, dirty appliances and a thermostat that did not work right, no filter in the air conditioner (or even space for one) and a bad ice maker. I fixed the thermostat, bought an ice maker and filter and replaced all light bulbs with LED bulbs.
They had the audacity to charge my Deposit for Carpet cleaning, cleaning (not so dirty) kitchen appliances and an air filter that was one month old. Any claims I made were simply ignored. Court is next.

My companion and I hired Bahnman Realty to manage our property for price of them taking 10% of our monthly rent. The Property Manager did nothing to keep the property in shape, that was like when it was first rented except that she went to the bank, took the charge cut and deposited the rest for the landlord. She never inspected the condition of the house during two years of tenants stay, and when the tenants vacated they left over $2,000. in damages, away more than $300. deposit. The Property Manager was rude, would not answer the phone call. We would not recommend Bahnman Realty to manage even hen house to anyone. They are not professionals.
