Now that you are ready to move forward with the application process and secure your new home, you will need to complete each of the items listed below. NOTE: EACH person 18yrs of age or older MUST apply and qualify individually. Provide copy of (3) most recent pay stubs verifying income is at least 3 times the monthly rent.

Before a Resident is able to take possession of a property, payment for the $45 Application Fee, Deposit, $100 Non-refundable Administrative Fee and a Full Month's Rent must be remitted. Unless otherwise specified, the Resident is responsible for transferring electric and all utility services (water, trash, gas, etc) into their name by the lease start date.

Failure to connect electrical or utility services prior to this date may result in a fine and charge for usage.
