Best team for me. I have been using Investor's Realty since 2014 to manage my properties. I have had challenges and without Steve and his excellent team I would have tossed in the towel a long time ago. He helped me stay the course as well as growing my portfolio. When things looked bad Steve helped me see through the short term issue and focus on the long term benefit. This team has been awesome and I would recommend that them to anyone looking for a great team to support your real estate investing efforts.

I recently used Steve Wright, with Investors Realty, as my agent to purchase my first home in the summer of 2015. I had a fantastic experience with him. He was always available to talk with me and for however long I needed to, as a first time home buyer it would often be almost an hour or more but Steve was always patient with me. From entering contract to closing, we spoke almost every single day. Even now, months after closing and moving in, he will check in with me and provide me with ongoing, valuable advice regarding the home. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Leah saves this business. The head guy isn't the most friendly or accommodating however if you get Leah on the phone know that sh is willing and able to help with anything. Over all good expirences. Maitnance turn around time is usually quick.

I have more than two years of experience renting from Investors Realty and I can honestly say it was a pleasure. All of my maintenance issues were addressed quickly, the house I rented was beautiful, and the staff I spoke with at Investors Realty were always friendly and professional (with the sole exception of Steve, who seems too focused on business to remember that he's working with real people). I especially loved that I could pay rent and request service on the property completely online, and the rent was a fantastic price for the area.
