Be careful with their listings and descriptions. They are not very clear and they sometimes they expect the guest to do more than on a regular vacation rental or get charged. I had an issue with my rental their office never answers my calls or got back to me. EDIT: I never gave an Airbnb review because it was not worth my time (Airbnb will always take the host side and not the guest). Once again false information from the host who is yet to return my call back but prefers to discredit me in the Google review sections.

Do not use this company for booking any rentals. (1) You won't be notified about the fire evacuation order and area being inhabitable (when travelling with kids); (2) You won't be able to cancel your trip if anything happens (regardless if you get insurance or not); (3)If you get a credit, you won't be able to choose your desired dates (even if there are vacant properties); (4) to cancel your trip, you will be advised to go through insurance; and (5) once you cancel the trip, the insurance doesn't apply.

Please read all the policies as we lost almost 7k for a trip. We travel every year to PML (a group of 15 people), and we didn't experience so much frustration and disappointment. There are so many other ways to book your trip, please do not use this company.

Was planning a vacation and found this company on Google. Called and they were the BEST! When I had to cancel due to the world imploding, they refunded my money with no questions asked. Sharron, Tara and Rob are AWESOME! I will be rescheduling for next year!

The owners Rob and Tara Stone of Yosemite Region Resorts are the worst. For example, they never get back to you within 48 hours, you have to contact them multiple times to get a response if they ever get back to you, if there is an issue they blame the owner never anyone else, multiple times I had top look at my monthly statement with a fine tooth comb as they habitually overcharge you, in fact, they had to refund me many times for overcharges, they claim to have their reports generate on the 15th of the month and it is the 20th today and the report is still not generated, their choice of cleaners are spotty at best, one time doing good work and another time doing horrific work, and most importantly they are dishonest.

I have talked with many people in Pine Mtn and Rob Stone is highly not thought of as professional. There are many choices for a vacation rental company in Pine Mtn Lake are simply put the Stones and Yosemite region Resorts are an atrocious choice.

This company is the definition of customer service first. From day one they were available with quick responses, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have all had a roller coaster of emotions in 2020 and through it all they were available, even when I had a minor freak out. They took the time to call check in, explain and made sure I was ok.
