I have rented from Robinson & Co for about 6 months, and the experience has been amazing! They take care of anything that comes up right away, which is what you want from a landlord, and the tenants in the area are very respectful. Their apartments are very well kept, and I consider the rent to be fair because of the way they upkeep with everything. The administrative team is also great! Cheers to Luz and Samantha who helped us make our move in experience a great one! No pets allowed which I personally don't mind. Anyways, ask them to show you their apts. because they are spectacular! Good luck in your search for a new place to call home!

Rented an apartment from the company for 9 months. Have no complaints regarding communication with managers. Moving out was easy, and the company doesn't deduct money form the security deposit for really negligible things. (Don't understand people who left negative feedback here before.)
