We manage across property classes and types including retail, office, medical, industrial, and commercial condominiums. Our goal is to grow cash flow and property values while relieving the owner of all management duties through consistent communication and transparent reporting.
Condominium Management

CP Management manages over 1,200 residential condominiums units throughout Northern New England. We work with associations from as small as four units to those with over three hundred units. No matter the size, each association is assigned one of our dedicated property managers that serves as the main point of contact.
