I rented through Steed and Corry for about 5 to 6 years. Throughout my time they have been the best landlords. Whenever I had an issue they got right on it and got it fixed. Even through the pandemic they were great landlords. It was hard to lose them as a landlord as our rental property sold but they did there best to work with us. Wishing my new landlord in Alaska was as great as Linda, Loydine and Amber.

We've been renting from Steed Corry since back in early 2014 they've always addressed the issues that we've had and the three separate locations that we've resided in. All the office staff are amazing and they know everyone by name and my kids come in and say hi to them when we come and make our payments would highly advise renting through Steve Corey if you're looking for a new place to live.

Just got served papers from this fabulous company for failure to pay rent, when the legal reason we withheld rent is due to a termite and mice infestation that was never dealt with along with a failed sprinkler system and a laundry list of other issues. Our whole security deposit is being held ransom to take care of "everything" broken in the house.all of which were things on the service request ignored for more than 90 days and we are being sued for more money.
This is all wrong, we are good people who did not deserve to be lied to. " the owner agreed that we will take our security deposit even though it is 200 less than the actual rent and use that for the month of September rent as long as we're out by the first".and now we are being sued
