Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I had an awful experience with FBM. I had to constantly be on them to get any information. They would tell me one thing and my husband another. I continued to ask them what they needed from me and they would never give me a straight answer. It was clear that their clients were not a priority. I would not recommend to anyone!
