FBM began as a Residential Construction Company in 1978 then added services for real estate in 1985. In 2000 FBM evolved into a full-service property management company. We specialize in multi-family, single family, and commercial properties. Our history creates a team full of experience in all aspects of property management, which allows us to give our owners a high sense of confidence & trust in dealing with their property. In 1977, George French and Melrose Bond French were approached by friend and attorney Bill Moore with a plan to bring new construction and home design to Ennis, Texas.
