Was a buyer- Moved to the area from central TX and things are VERY different here. From different septics, to windstorm certification pitfalls, to new FEMA flood maps etc. The different federal, state and local government agencies/ bureaucracies and insurance issues are complicated. After working with some other agents in the area we obtained a reference for Kim Beebe of American Realty from Dave Ramsey's Preferred local providers.

Her many years of experience are very apparent. Not only with above mentioned details, but also who to work with in the various agencies. I must also mention that I have never worked with an agent that has firsthand historical knowledge of and is familiar with so many properties in an area. She really steered us clear of some serious issues by avoiding certain properties.
