Founded in 1989 Condominium Management Group, Inc (CMG) offers customized and affordable management and accounting solutions to both Condominium and Homeowner Associations. Our primary objective is to offer and maintain the highest level of management services to associations both large and small, in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. The employees of Condominium Management Group, having experienced the large corporate environment, have preferred to limit themselves as a mid-sized company (fifty to sixty associations), where they can offer their clients a more personal approach, emphasizing quality as opposed to unlimited growth by cultivating clients that share and appreciate this philosophy they are always in position to accept new accounts.
