We have been using Horse and Chaise for more than 20 years. I would highly recommend them as a management company. They are efficient at informing me when repairs are needed and helpful in providing responsible vendors to remediate problems. They do a good job as a communication liaison with tenants. They have consistently found tenants, recommending market rent for both seasonal and annual renting. They have been especially good at guiding me through a long term air conditioning situation as well as repairs that required insurance claims. I would highly recommend them.

If you want a top notch property management company, that's going to care for your place like their own. Do not hesitate to look any further. This is the place where you want to be. Horse and Chaise Property Mgmt are true professionals. I can't say enough about Toby and his superb team. I encourage anyone new coming into town to check them out.
