I've been a long time member of the Apartment Association of Orange County. They provide full support, education and opportunities for people in property management and for owners of properties. Great group of people! The staff, the board members, the volunteers and the groups they are associated with are top notch!

I've been a member of AAOC for about 20 years. My experience with them has consistently been terrific. The staff are both professional and very knowledgeable. They have consistently taken as much time as I need to answer any and all questions I may have had. I would never have been able to manage my units without the AAOC. Initially when becoming a member I only expected to have access to the legal forms, but clearly membership comes with many more benefits than just access to forms. AAOC membership is well worth the annual membership fee.

I have an odor problem in one unit that cannot be identified. Chemical smell but only few people react to. Only during hot weather. Have had gas CO, OCFD haz mat, HVAC, sewer lines ad traps checked, plumbers, moisture. Air tested. Nothing found. Anyone dealt with similar problem? Really at a loss. Cannot rent unit.
