They discriminate, rude, think their better than God himself and their "rules" and requirements and what you are responsible for it just gross. Like if their apartments have bed bugs or roaches when you move in, even if obviously it's not a you problem, the apt complex says it is and you have to deal with it. So if you sign a lease and you find bugs, you have to just deal w it bc they have it stated in fine print at the bottom on their website. I read the fine print thank God so all their ridiculous requirements and discrimination turned me away from this place VERY QUICKLY!

I have been using Holloway and Associates going on 10yrs. It's one of the BEST decision that I made since PCS'ing from Huntsville. They have always done me right and are very helpful when it come to finding good tenants for my House.
